The view from the full floor-to-ceiling windows in Yunju is really good, although the price is the average sound insulation... The bathtub is a deep soaking tub! The toiletries are ELEMIS and Guerlain. I enjoy watching movies with the projector while taking a bath at night~
I was too lazy to drive out to find a restaurant, so I ate the hotel's teppanyaki. The ingredients were unexpectedly good, but the dish design and sauce combination need to be improved~

I must give this hotel and the butler team full marks! I felt the meticulous care from the moment I was picked up at the station - exquisite snacks were prepared in the car, which instantly relieved the fatigue of the journey. When I checked in, I found that fresh fruits and afternoon tea snacks were thoughtfully placed in the refrigerator, and the details were full of care.
The most touching thing is the butler service: they will ask about drink preferences in advance in the exclusive group, and they will also send hot milk to help you sleep at night. I missed breakfast the next day, but I received a hearty brunch delivered to the room by the butler! Even dinner can be enjoyed in the room, and the dishes are amazing (especially recommended Anji tea-flavored meat, Thai pineapple pineapple meat, and wild vegetables), which are not inferior to high-end restaurants.
The mountaintop spring bath is the biggest highlight! Make an appointment every day to enjoy the natural hot spring privately, watch the clouds rolling in the morning bath, and watch the starry sky in the night bath, each time has its own artistic conception. The spring water is smooth and comfortable, and the butler will also prepare bath towels and snacks in advance.
From the snacks to the goodnight milk, from the customized catering to the hot spring experience, every aspect exceeded expectations. I have recommended it to all my friends and will definitely come back next time I go on vacation!

I booked the room for the slide in the room, but this slide is quite dangerous and not suitable for children. Everything else exceeded my expectations. There was also Tremella soup before bedtime, which was delicious. The housekeeper was also very attentive. There are too few stores in Taohuayuan Commercial Street, but the food is also OK, and the price is also acceptable. I will return to this B&B if I have the chance.

FFulailaiIt can almost be considered the ceiling of Anji B&B. The price is not cheap, the environment and service are very good, and the pet-friendliness is also very good. Even though the hotel was fully booked on weekends, it was still very quiet overall, with no loud noises. The internet in the room is very good, but there is no small refrigerator. There are no additional drinks except water. If you want to drink, you have to buy it at the front desk. The afternoon tea was delicious, especially the chicken feet and tea eggs braised by my aunt. Dinner costs 150 per person, which is not cheap, but the taste and ingredients are very good, and the portion is large. I didn't finish every meal, and even packed some. The hot spring bubbles are very comfortable, but there is nothing particularly interesting around it. It is basically a state of relaxation in the room.

GGuest UserI really like the decoration style of this B&B. It is simple, smart and stylish. The room is very clean and comfortable. I really like the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room. You can see the beautiful mountain views. There is a dedicated parking lot just below the B&B. Many other B&Bs do not have dedicated parking spaces and can only park on the roadside. It is very convenient to go to the scenic spot, very close to Yunshang Grassland and Zhuye Lieping Base. The hostess of the B&B carefully recommended the Jingkong Grand Canyon, where you can swim along the river for free. The service staff in the store are very attentive and hospitable to guests. They also provided free fruit and breakfast during the stay. They also thoughtfully gave us souvenirs when we left. We must take our family to travel to Anji again if we have the opportunity. The food at Liang Ge Yuzhuang Restaurant recommended by the B&B is really delicious. You must go to eat here.

Service: In particular, I want to emphasize the service of his family. The little brother is online throughout the whole process and can answer my small requests in many nights. The dog is also very well behaved, and even takes me up the mountain to hold the other dogs in the village stable throughout the whole process, which is incredible.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

JJuliaFI literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room.
This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Was the service mediocre? Yes
Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes
Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes
Will the hotel improve? I hope so
Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes
Would I revisit? Yes
Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.
