Great place to stay with family. Very well maintained, helpful staff. Thanks to Ada .. she was very supportive and made our stay very comfortable. Highly Recommended

During the Qingming Festival, the hotel housekeeper upgraded us to a villa room. The room was very large and the children were very happy. The hotel itself is very large with indoor and outdoor children's playgrounds, various small animals, horseback riding, and performances. You won't be bored in it all day, and you can walk your baby without any pressure. In addition, there are various Internet celebrity coffee shops and handmade shops near the hotel. Adults will not be bored either. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot, and parking is free. The front desk service is considerate, the housekeeper Xiaolan's service is considerate, the room has a large floor-to-ceiling window, and the makeup mirror is also equipped with lights. The location is convenient, and there are many places to eat around. The transportation is very convenient. I will come again next time.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

The room is very new and clean, with the same Atour decoration style as always. The rain shower head in this store is impressive. The water flow sprayed by the shower head is particularly fine, which makes the amount of water spray large without causing pain on the body. Thumbs up for this humanized design 👍 Special thanks to the lady at the front desk for the breakfast, which allowed me to eat delicious Yuanxiao in the morning of the Lantern Festival☺️ I also wish the staff at Atour a happy Lantern Festival🏮

My mother likes this place very much. The whole manor is very large, and there are many facilities for entertainment. There is a swimming pool in summer, hot springs in winter, and a large lawn. It is absolutely pet-friendly. I booked a courtyard room, and the dog can play freely in the courtyard. There is also a picking experience. My mother picked a lot of vegetables and radishes. Very happy!

忘記拍照片了，但小區裏環境的確不錯，乾乾淨淨，中式風格。別墅的次卧住單人還不錯，對於家庭來説有點小，整個一樓也沒有想象中那麼大，但那個庭院很寬敞很適合春夏季節。 管家很不錯，去之前諮詢了蠻多周邊遊玩的訊息，都會提供一些幫助。我們在別墅裏吃了火鍋，鍋碗瓢盆啥的都會給你準備好。服務上來説響應還是挺快的，當然，我們也基本上也沒有找過管家提什麼過分要求。所以溝通上還是挺融洽的。 附近的水豚精靈樂園非常不錯，開車大概10分鐘吧！那裡有很多小動物，而且是可以近距離接觸的。旁邊還有馬術、射箭、各種球類場地，都可以坐園區接駁車前往。 還去瀑布雲崖咖啡打了卡，衹是天冷人很少，瀑布也結了冰😄上去的那條小山路挺有意思，有點小刺激。 總之，是一次非常愉快地出遊。安吉遊玩的項目和景點非常多，下次也會繼續考慮再次入住這裏。

It is convenient to travel and is very close to the Natural History Museum, Waterstorm Paradise, Jialebi Paradise, and Zhongnan Baicao Garden. I recommend Lingfeng Temple nearby. It is quiet and quiet, with ancient trees hiding ancient temples, and has a unique charm. Although the swimming pool is not big, the water quality is very clean. It is equivalent to a private pool at night, so I had a good swim. What is particularly worth recommending is the owner's family, who are hospitable, considerate and meticulous. They gave us fruits and drinks, and even went to the parking lot to see us off when we left, which was very touching. It is highly recommended to visit Anji, you will not be disappointed.

Anji is a good place with fresh air and pleasant scenery. It is suitable for staying quietly for a few days, climbing mountains and drinking tea. Xunsu is a good place for vacation. I give 💯 points! Although it was March, it was still quite cold. The boss turned on the floor heating, which was very warm. Because there were not many guests, he also upgraded the pool room. Taking a nice bath in the room was not too comfortable. I will strive for the next company team building Come again, the outdoor barbecue platform looks at me 😄

The surrounding area of the hotel is quiet and beautiful, the air is fresh, the room is clean and bright, the bed is soft, and the night is good to sleep until dawn. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the hotel is surrounded by farmers' houses. When you walk in the morning and evening, you chat with the uncles and aunts. It feels particularly grounded, like returning to your hometown. Next time you come here, you have to live here!

Hygiene: At first I was worried about whether there would be any problems with hygiene, but I was surprised that the hygiene was very clean! Even cleaner than the bedding in the star-rated hotel I stayed in Wenzhou! The bath towels also have a fragrance! The store is very attentive! Environment: The environment is very beautiful and quiet! Service: The boss lady is a very polite and kind person! The boss's family is very good! And they return the money! Very kind!
