Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

民宿管家服務非常體貼，管家小張開車來高鐵站接送，方便外地客人；餐廳和咖啡廳管家非常體貼，菜品和咖啡都非常可口。房間温馨舒適，這是我住過許多民宿都沒有安吉KE GAMER珂玩家野奢度假別墅床墊舒服，讓人徹底放鬆睡個好覺。下次有機會再來。

這是我住過的酒店和民宿中服務最好的，房價雖然不便宜，但是免費的服務項目很多，而且服務品質都很好： 1:酒店的工作人員整體形象非常好，男孩子英俊女孩子氣質好，服務素質高、態度好、任何需求服務響應都非常及時，甚至在我們點了外賣在陽台吃晚餐的情況下給我們提供了免費的大蜡燭和燭台，就着燭光享受美食看着遠處每天晚上都放的煙花就餐體驗絕了！ 2:酒店自有餐廳的環境很精緻、食物都非常新鮮、喜歡的水果和咖啡可以打包帶走回房間吃、免費的下午茶每天西點都不一樣，而且一吃就知道是品質很好的動物奶油和芝士做的、水果果切的新鮮度和口味都很滿意 3:冰箱裏免費飲料品種很多：椰子水、啤酒、烏龍茶、可樂、蘇打水，喝了不夠管家隨時補充來 4:房間的浴鹽球、洗漱包也用了很好的品牌。 總之：這是我住過的舒適和便捷度最好的酒店，很值得分享給想要放空和享受度假的人羣

很少定民宿，因為覺得各方面比較山寨，然而這家應該是我迄今住過最好的民宿吧哈。首先硬件方面很好，備品是我最喜歡的lelabo檀香味，酒店燒水壺和早餐烤麪包機都是smeg，包括咖啡廳用的也是辣媽機，包括零食也都購自山姆，可見老闆在選品上還是很講究品質的。 另外雖然服務員基本都是帥哥，但是響應也比較快，做出的咖啡好喝。餐廳和一般民宿也不同，走的西餐廳路線，味道不錯。 總之和家人度過比較愉快的時光，就是伴手禮入住的時候忘給了，走的時候提及才給，本來一腿的包可以提前擦擦驅蚊水。

很不錯的民宿，晚餐餐食也很不錯，比較精緻。酒店服務很不錯，都是180帥哥。整個度假村不大，周邊沒什麼景點，適合輕鬆休閑遊，適合三兩好友，喝茶打牌，民宿法式風格很漂亮，很有設計感！樹林蚊蟲較多，需要消殺☺️👌

首先呢 服務：特別好，很早就加了管家的微信，服務超五星！ 衞生：非常非常乾淨！ 環境：各種角度都出片 設施：泳池的風景特別好，尤其是夕陽下的，超級美！ 酒店的餐廳非常好吃，價格也很合理，屬於既美味，又漂亮的美食！早餐屬於半自助，雖然不是五星級酒店的那種大自助，但我覺得環境更加的好，菜品很精緻並且也足夠了。所以我還是會選擇這裏的早餐，會更讓我舒適放鬆。 下次來安吉 還會再來這裏住。如果説不足的話，就是晚上的時候，房間裏燈光昏暗，衞生間和浴室的牆因為是深色的，所以會顯得更暗，稍微缺少安全感。如果是被奶油白包裹，心情會更安心呢！
