Everything you'd expect in a luxury hotel. The room was a knock-out. Huge, well-appointed, great mountain views. La Pergola, the hotel restaurant, was excellent, as was the included breakfast. Great gym; attentive, friendly staff. Special thanks to David at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

This hotel is top class great views and a large swimming pool Spacious rooms comfortable beds Bath toilet and shower all separate We did not have breakfast as we thought €25 each was a bit steep. There are 2 shortcuts to the Old town turn left at main door into the garden steps on right hand side or towards the new part of town left at main door walk pass the garden restaurant towards your left go out to gate and across to shopping center car park and get the elevator down saves a load of time and the feet with all the hills.

Absolutely in love with this hotel. Everything was just at the highest level, but at the same time preserved feeling of warmth and comfort. Separately, we want to thank the administrator Dora Banyas for her client-oriented approach and human attitude, as well as for her kindness and special attention to our comfort and requests.

Absolutely excellent. I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could. We traveled with our son who has special needs with his food and the hotel was well prepared for everything when we arrived. All the hotel staff were extremely nice but most especially to Magda and Elvin(?) from the Concierge/Reception. They were absolutely incredible. Thank you again, Andorra Park Hotel. We shall definitely return.

Great hotel for Andorra. No complaints. The staff were very accommodating and spoke every language you could need here. The food was excellent. No complaints. Room was very, very good. Great views. Spacious and well laid out bedroom and bathroom. Great walkable location for shopping and dining. Good indoor pool, spa, and fitness center, as well as an outdoor hot spring pool. Hard to see how you could do better in Andorra than the Andorra Park Hotel. We will stay here again next time.

Wow, this hotel has it all -- great beds, pillow menu, large, well-equipped gym, generous breakfast, balconies, parking, large bathroom with two sinks, robes and slippers, and great location ---- it fires on all cylinders. Its staff is excellent, with special mention to Alex who was consistently and incredibly helpful to us. They even got our laundry done in record time. It seems no task is too great. I wish smoking was not be allowed on the room balconies, but I doubt that will ever happen. Other than that, this hotel is a true 5 star experience.

The hotel has nice outdoor area, which is rare for hotels that are close to downtown. The room is spacious. The swimming pool is very nice. They have both dry and wet sauna. It was great. The staff was very friendly and nice. The restaurant was under rated. The food was very good. The waiters were nice. Definitely will stay there again. I hope the management can do more on environmental conservation. One is not to offer swim caps to guests. I brought my own caps. If people bring their own bathing suits,they will bring their own caps if hotel reminds them with email. I also hope they don't offer slippers or at least the slippers are wrapped in paper. I noticed at breakfast buffet many guests were wasting their food. They took more than they could eat. I hope hotel can address it.

One night in this fantastic establishment. From the arrival onward it is simply amazing how the guest is being made to feel unique without any kind of pretentious maneuvres. Parking was easy, check in was superb and everything else from those points onward were all above what we have seen in many other hotels. Room was as expected and according to the marketing. Simply put this hotel is what a 5 star rating stands for and we are happy to return. Complain commentaries tend to be longer but top class simply needs a short appraisal since the details are so much in place. Top notch !
