I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the sauna and the delicious breakfast each morning. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Amsterdam. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this distinguished four-star hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of service and amenities offered. It was the same booking but added breakfast Spacious room. Stylish design but the walls are quite mouldy There’s drainage problem in the bathroom on the first night. The staff helped us to change the room swiftly. One interesting thing - there is a card in the room to indication whether u need cleaning service or not, as in usual hotel. But the card got two side: - red, don’t need service and don’t come into the room; - blue: no cleaning but will be granted with the welcome drink voucher. For some reason our card was flipped to red side and we couldn’t not found voucher. And even when we go down to the reception to ask for the voucher. They refuse to give us because they marked in the system that we put on the red side. We were like ummm fine but as a hotel we would appreciate if you could be less calculating and little more generous. Quite far from the city centre we take Uber to get into the city centre ~€12.4 trip. Amazing sunset and view from the room.

Its quite nice hotel. But our impression went very bad because of building where the hotel is located under massive construction. So it was not nice at the beginning, carry heavy luggage for a quite long way before finally reach reception at 8 floor. Reception staff and also manager that night, Rajna tried hard to make our stay comfortable and give free upgrade for some room. Their willingness to communicate and solve the problem is really good and its helpfull. My input just please put fair information at any booking agency that there is construction is still going on so people can manage their expectation really well.

There is a direct tram from the train station to the nearby station on the 26th, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk after getting off. This time it is windy and rainy, so it will feel very cold. There is a supermarket and convenience store near the hotel, which provides breakfast and dinner. They taste pretty good. The room has a river view. It will be better when the weather is good. A little far from the city center train station, there is a supermarket at the door, things are quite cheap. The suite is quite big, but the design is a bit odd, the bathroom is open, and it is not convenient to use both sides when closing. Although the location is not in the city center, it is very convenient to take Uber for about 10-15 euros per trip. The kitchen is complete, the shower and toilet are separated, the bathroom is very spacious, the water power is strong, and the towels are very soft and large. The heating is great. There are washing machines and clothes dryers, but no laundry detergent is provided. Detergents, showers, shampoos and moisturizers are provided, but toothbrushes are not provided.
