Hotel Titus City Centre

Cheaper option for staying in Amsterdam. Location is good, room was small and dark given it was in the basement. Location is the only highlight

We discovered there were mouse traps with chips under the bed, and two days later I was trying to sleep when I heard a sound, when I looked up there was a mouse in front of me on the desk eating our food, I screamed and I call the guy from reception, he told us that we could change our room the next day if we talked with the boss, we stayed awake the whole night, we couldn’t sleep, it happened 3 more times during the night, the mouse were on the desk, the next day we talk with de “boss” who didn’t even say sorry and offered to change room in the next 3 hours. He told us we had to be careful with the food like if it was our fault. AND THE WORST PART IS, they knew that there was a mouse from the beginning of our staying. We paid almost €800 it definitely was the worst. They didn’t even offered a compensation.

Espantoso , hay luchas en las habitaciones!!!!!!!!! La ubicación es muy buena , tomamos dos habitaciones en la planta baja , una daba a la.calle con muy linda vista , la otra a un espacio de ventilación. No parecía sucio , incluso la ducha es muy buena , pero no están pudiendo controlar las ratas , entiendo que en Amsterdam están por todas partes pero dentro de una habitación es inadmisible. Encontramos chocolates y caramelos mordidos y las vimos caminar sobre las camas . Nos quejamos , nos cambiaron una de las habitaciones al primer piso y en la.otra pusieron trampas para ratones y un dispositivo.que las ahuyenta, como si todo fuera normal . Obviamente que no pudimos dormir por dos noches, nos arruinó la estadía en la ciudad.
