Hotel Jimmy

Had a great time in Amsterdam at this quite hotel , it is on main street but well insulated so no street noise . Clean and tidy . Also very central . The attention from the staff , Lester especially was top notch . Thanks again Lester for your help and company . Will be sure to visit again .

Went to Amsterdam with my boyfriend for a few nights so we booked the single double bed, The hotel itself was in the centre of the city so the shops were right round the corner. The staff were very friendly and even kept our bags behind counter for us until checked in. The room itself was small, I wasn’t expecting much but it was comfortable to stay in. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Recently visited Amsterdam for the first time and stayed here. I will definitely be back next year. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and very good for the price. An overall great experience. Highly recommend.

Great place, very Central. Located very close to the Damrak and Central Station. Friendly helpful staff. Very basic room but suited us well as we just needed somewhere to sleep and were out all day. Good price also. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Jimmy was great! I have to admit, when I first read the reviews, I was skeptical. However, it was great. A budget hotel, for sure, but RIGHT in the middle of Central Amsterdam, a short walk from the train station. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. We had our own bathroom. Staff was amazing! Super helpful and super friendly. They helped with our bags up and down the stairs (It is Europe - all small hotels are like this). Best tea/coffee/orange juice in the morning. We would definitely stay here again!.

5/5. Perfect for budget travelling. Nothing fancy just perfect for coming back to after a night out or if you are out and about all day and need a bed for the night it’s perfect Clean and towels and shampoo provided. We had a wardrobe/bathroom and tv in our room too. Breakfast included aswell! Free of charge.

Da premettere che .. avevamo prenotato in 4 e con la consapevolezza sia di andare ad Amsterdam e sia di non badare a ciò che poteva o meno offrire l hotel.Premetto anche di svolgere il lavoro di cameriera ai piani in hotel da 3/4* .. ma il troppo si sa .. i nostri amici x motivi loro non sono più venuti ovviamente l'abbiamo saputo all ultimo e quindi ok .. loro perdono tutto soldi ecc .. ma consapevoli anche di questo.Ma??? La prima beffa .. la tassa di soggiorno ! Ci hanno fatto pagare la tassa di soggiorno anche per i nostri amici che non c'erano x ciò che soggiorno ti devo pagare?? Ma va be' siamo ad Amsterdam e ci vogliamo divertire ! Scale strette che non sia mai ero più in forma.. mi avrebbero dovuto scendere il letto giù x dormire! Ma va bene anche questo .. entriamo in camera.. ecco la sorpresa .. delle misure non ve ne parlo perché quando ho visto i letti volevo moriiire!! E ne porto ancora i segni addosso!! Sudice non si sentiva odore ne di pulito ne niente! Un armadio che non si poteva nemmeno usare perché pieno zeppo di polvere ..per andare in bagno ok sapevamo che era fuori ed in comune ma non cosiiii a prenderti una congestione la notte uscire da un forno ed entrare in un frigorifero! La doccia e che ve lo dico a fare con la torcia dovevi farlo o se no niente .. insomma meglio dormire in macchina ! Il prezzo nn centra nulla con tutto ciò che sta lì dentro cioè niente nemmeno un phon! L'unica persona cordiale e sinceramente dispiaciuto è stato il ragazzo in reception che non siamo riusciti a salutare perché dormiva .. mi dispiace dirlo ma EVITATE .IO MI SONO RIEMPITA LA PANCIA DI BOLLE X UNA FORTE ALLERGIA DOVUTA ALLE LENZUOLA ..E CUSINI SENZA FEDERE.

Por vezes precisamos realizar os nossos sonhos! Viajar ate Amsterdão era 1 deles! Hotel muito centra, a 7 minutos a pé da Station Central. Com funcionários muito atenciosos e simpaticos. Apesar de quartos pequenos, têm o que é necessário. Pequeno almoco também satisfez mas faltou a fruta.

Via *********** deze accomodatie geboekt voor 4 personen 2 nachten. Toen we de booking bekeek stond er 1 persoon. Gebeld met *********** èn met Jimmy's hotel om het op te lossen. Het was goed volg alle partijen. Bij de hotel aan gekomen ook nog een keer daarover gepraat met de receptionist. Het was allemaal opgelost. 4 personen voor 2 nachten en betaling was in orde. Toen we om 01:00 terug kwam uit de stad, was er een andere persoon bij receptie die nìks van onze booking mee kreeg. Dus hij eiste nog €250 extra voor onze verblijf òf we moesten binnen 10min weg zijn. En zo kwamen we op straat te staan om 01:00 in de ochtend met twee kinderen en hun moeder en geen geld meer aangezien we het laatste gebruikte voor verblijf en het hotel ons alleen €6 terug wilde geven van de reeds betaalde €229..
