Ulasan Hyatt Regency Amsterdam

Hotel menghadap ke jalan dan relatif tenang. Sangat nyaman untuk naik Uber saat keluar. Ada tempat parkir di pintu. Kamarnya relatif kecil dan sangat bersih Amsterdam selama dua hari. Air murni juga ada di kamar. Sarapannya banyak dan pelayannya sangat ramah dan direkomendasikan.

Convenient traffic & comfortable room & Good service

Reception is super helpful in recommended restaurants near the hotel. Location is convenient to tram stop, supermarket.

First room provided had a small window, that can onky be reached with a ladder. The claustrophobic feeling creeps in. Request a change of room, and was provided with one that is much better. Breakfast was OK, limited spread. No hot water in the morning as the overall heating system was down apparently. Checked out, and was given a free taxi voucher to go to our next destination. Good service saved the unfortunate circumstances. Kudos to the front office team thar managed this. Thank you.

"I really appreciate this hotel. The bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious. Additionally, you can exercise in the gym and afterward, you can enjoy a spa treatment or massage which helps me relax after a busy day."

Hotel very nice but for what I saw not much value for money. Room upgraded, super large as an apartment actually, but only one measly bottle of water. Room super cold, over nite I woke up literally by the cold. Staff was kind and helpful. Wifi mega slow!!

Good hotel and good concierges

Good hotel to explore the city, a metro station is within 3 minute walk! The hotel is pretty new with a modern fit out! Would definitely stay there again

非常好的酒店體驗！一路從巴黎到比利時，住了幾個所謂古典華麗的酒店，反倒是到了凱悦雖然看起來普通其實最現代舒適，房間寬敞能看到運河，樓下的小酒吧晚上很熱鬧，去哪裡公共交通和uber都不遠，服務很nice

房間滿意，服務也不錯，外出很方便 前台聯繫出租車很及時，滿意的住宿體驗！
