Excellent stay! Great for a weekend. Safe area too, breakfast was nice, good selection. Nice big room, bed is super comfy too. TV wasn’t to great, remote wasn’t working too well and very few of the channels worked. Tried to use the Gym and the treadmills and multi gym function wasn’t working/broken. Treadmill is actually pretty dangerous 😂 maintenance there for sure. Apart from that would stay again, hoping these small things are fixed 😊

This hotel is very close to Paulista Avenue, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The room is very clean and the breakfast is quite rich. If you come to Sao Paulo next time, I will continue to consider staying here

The experience of staying here is really terrible. I came here on a business trip. Because of the time difference, it is daytime in China and nighttime in Brazil, so I need to reply to work information at night. I can only sleep and rest in the morning in Brazil. As a result, the hotel started banging and hammering, electric drilling and other renovation sounds before 8 o'clock in the morning until the evening. It was really devastating. Yesterday afternoon, I ordered dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was delivered to the room. As a result, it disappeared in the evening. I was going to eat it for dinner, but it was gone when I returned to the room at night! ! ! ! I called the room service and the front desk, but they couldn't understand English.

My preferred hotel in Sao Paulo, perfect location, cozy chic atmosphere and spacious rooms. The breakfast is great and the staff welcoming. For people who are very sensitive to noise (which is not my case) room 708 and therefore all those in 8 are not ideal because there is a giant ventilation at the foot of the building and it does not bad noise night and day and the insulation of the windows is not perfect. In other rooms the problem does not occur at all. Third time in any case that I've been to the hotel and I'm very happy, I don't plan to go anywhere else in Sao Paulo.

出差預訂的這家酒店，離保利斯塔大街的購物中心非常近，離地鐵站也是步行範圍內，酒店設施就是國內三星級標準，前台服務不錯，就是住了好幾天，有一天房間沒來打掃，早餐的品種每天都一樣！

每次來聖保羅都想住這個酒店，但是這次沒有提前預訂，沒房了，衹能住2天。
