Good Location, around 5-8 minutes walk from the nearest Metro Station or InterCity Train Station, Very Excellent Service from all of the Concierge, Facility is very top notch for the price, Very Excellent Luggage Storage, I had my luggage stored before Check-in and after Check-out so it was very convenient. Andddd... it was right head to head with the Ajax Stadium.

The shower in my room wasn’t working properly. I was moved to a different room, but the same issue occurred. The high-tech touchscreen controls didn’t respond, and the water temperature was preset to an extremely hot level with no way to adjust it. It made the shower unusable. Disappointing, especially after changing rooms. Staff were polite, but the issue remained unresolved.

the room was really nice, the bathroom lightning was so good, the bed was comfy, everything was so nice and it's good that it's not too far away from the train station. I feel safe and relax staying in the hotel

Disappointing Check-In Experience and Poor Service My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately marked by a very frustrating check-in process. Guests are expected to self check-in by scanning a QR code and manually entering all their information. For solo travelers, the system is particularly unaccommodating, constantly prompting for additional details, which adds unnecessary hassle. Meanwhile, staff at the reception simply observe without offering any assistance, which feels both impersonal and unwelcoming. Additionally, be aware that under the guise of being environmentally friendly, the hotel does not service your room unless you stay a minimum of two nights. While sustainability is important, not making the bed or providing basic room upkeep seems like a stretch and more like a cost-cutting measure than a genuine green initiative. On the positive side, the room itself was modern and the breakfast offered a good variety. However, these positives were overshadowed by the lack of customer-oriented service and attention. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
