Fiyat performans olarak Amsterdam’ın en iyisi diyebilirim. Bu büyüklükte mutfağı olan ev tarzında odaları bulmanız neredeyse imkansız. Aracınızı otelin önüne bırakabilirsiniz ara sokakta olduğundan dolayı herhangi bir sorun olmuyor. Sessiz, sakin bölgeden 100 metre ileride Amsterdam’ın büyülü sokaklarına ulaşabilirsiniz…

The apartment has a lovely location and is close to the tram and Frederiksplein. We stayed in room 3 and it is well furnished, comfortable and modern. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We had a great time in Amsterdam and would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

It was a nice, clean and enjoyable hotel, we were very satisfied, I don't know if it's ridiculous, but I was looking for a hair conditioner and bathroom slippers, other than that everything was perfect. İf l can come back to Amsterdam sure l can stay here agein

The good news is that the staff was as helpful as possible, given the limitations of the property. And the location is excellent, steps away from tram lines and an easy walk to the city's magnificent museums and concert hall. The bad news--and there's quite a bit of it-- is that this is a terribly uncomfortable property, furnished more like a college dorm than a three-star hotel (as it bills itself) with no lift, no air conditioning, no breakfast and no screens in the windows to keep out the mosquitos. Climbing up to our "suite" on the third floor provided us with our daily work-out, and our bedroom accommodations--a claustrophobic sleeping loft--required additional trips up and down rickety ladder-like stairs with only a single handrail. All in all, prospective guests should be aware that they are signing up for a very spartan (but nonetheless expensive) hotel experience.

Absolutely vile. We checked & they gave us a huge list of rules otherwise they would keep our deposit. The room, stunk of smoke and dirt. We noticed what looked to be bed bugs on the mattress. We asked to move to another room and they wanted us to pay €50. This is totally unacceptable. The man on reception would not help us I'm very rude and lazy. No refund was given, we had no choice, but to check out. Could not stand the smell of fish in our clothes! Avoid at all costs! One of the worst hotels ever stayed in in my life

Worst hotel in Amsterdam! We checked into room 14! The room, stunk of smoke and dirty smoked fish from the restaurant below! We asked to move to another room and they wanted us to pay €76. This is totally unacceptable. The man on reception would not help us I’m very sarcastic. No refund was given and we checked out. Could not stand the smell of fish in our clothes! Avoid at all costs! One of the worst hotels ever stayed in in my life

Everything was absolutely fine, a few bad reviews nearly put me off, no complaints whatsoever. Great location near tram. Staff very helpful- had to ask how to put TV on- they also made up sofa bed for us.

Positives: the location - direct tram line (#4) to Centraal Station, close to the main museums, easy to walk into the centre; reliable WiFi; friendly reception staff Negatives: our 'standard double' was at the back of the building, reached via a dark hallway with black walls; very claustrophobic bedroom; only one small wardrobe located in the dining/lounge area (ok for 2 guests but the apartment is available for 4 people); room hadn't been checked properly (couple of lightbulbs missing, television not working); no information sheet for visitors; shower OK but water pressure very low

I checked out Monday morning.. quite fast I realised I left my toiletry bag behind which contained an electric toothbrush some other silly bits and my Tom ford fragrance. I called straight away and was told they need to contact house keeping and will get back to me. Of course nobody got back to me and today Wednesday 8th March I emailed for an update on this and was told they “threw them out”. What sort of accommodation throws out a guests belongings? They have all my details on my booking to go and throw someone’s belongings out which the fragrance alone costs €500?? I won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone either. I get it was my fault but I’ve never heard of a throw out policy. It’s called lost and found. So I’m guessing the housekeeper robbed this and certainly didn’t throw it out as it was brand new.
