Milkhouse Luxury Stay Amsterdam

An Amazing Stay! This was one of the best accommodation experiences I’ve had in Amsterdam! Eline’s boutique hotel truly captures the spirit of the city. My room was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The small yet thoughtful details—like coffee, tea, and snacks—made it feel even more like home. Eline is a wonderful host, very welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. If you’re visiting Amsterdam, this is definitely the place to stay!

In a word: phenomenal. Eline should run seminars on how to run a B&B. Room was well appointed and stocked with snacks and drinks. Eline was very communicative and even met us off the tram to guide us to the room (the street was under construction). Great location, easy access to the trams, restaurants, etc. Breakfast is available at the nearby Bagels & Beans. Eline left little personalized touches for us each day. An absolutely excellent experience from check in to check out.

These two American tourists cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Milkhouse. It is located in a beautifully renovated 17th century building right on a canal. It was so fun to open the door and step out into the heart of Amsterdam. It is within walking distance of the museums and wonderful shopping. Our hostess, Eline, made our visit special. She pointed us to local restaurants that were excellent and was helpful in so many ways. We felt like we were really part of Amsterdam. Every attention to detail was given to our impeccable suite. We will be back.

This room did not disappoint we had a big few weeks of travelling from Australia, to Cyrus and Cyprus to London. Amsterdam was our final part of our trip. Room - perfect size for two people. Had everything you could possibly need. Bed - The bed & pillows were super comfy. Noise - You could hear people walking by. It’s not a busy street. I slept very well. Fridge - Fully stocked daily with wine, beer, fizzy drinks and snacks (free of charge). We took full advantage of this. Location - Perfect location. Walking distance to the hustle & bustle. Far enough to have some rest. Cleanliness - Cleaned daily. Cleaned very well. I’m a very messy person. Came back to find my clothes folded and stuff organised. Safety deposit box - We did not use this. Great the room has one. Customer service - Awesome! Sent a WhatsApp message with information about our stay. How to get to the property from the airport via train/tram. Provided lots of information on arrival about Amsterdam and recommendations given. Loved the room had lots of books & maps etc about Amsterdam. I felt in very safe hands knowing the family were close by. If we return to Amsterdam we would definitely come back to the Milk House. I would love to experience this accommodation in winter. Thanks for a great stay guys !!

Eline is the perfect host, she could not do enough to make our stay feel special, even offering to share her home with us when our flight home got cancelled. The room is amazing, the mini bar is replenished everyday free of charge, linen changed daily and the breakfast 1 minute walk away at Bagel n Beanz is fabulous.

A beautiful stay with all the amenities you would need. The property is located in the heart of the city where everything is a short walk away. The owner is very accommodating and the room is cleaned to a magnificent standard. Helpful host who is at hand. Most definitely a 5 star accommodation. Love this beautiful room.
