I would like to know why you are evicting your guests from the hotel without explanation? before this incident, I only asked my roommate not to smoke in the room, use headphones instead of watching movies on the tablet at full volume, and politely asked me to turn off the lights at 12 noon for the night. after this my request, the hotel manager evicted at the Sarfati Hotel, at Sarfatipark 58, February 2, 3 and 4, 2022, an unpleasant incident occurred to me. I rented a seat in room 22, seat 9. Another woman lived in the room. on the night of February 2-3, and also from February 1-2, 2022, this lady smoked right in the room, going out to the balcony located in the room, I had a headache from the smell of tobacco. The lady also turned on movies loudly on her tablet without using individual headphones. this happened for two days and two nights, also the lady did not turn off the light at night and drank energy drinks in the room all day long. all this bothered me, prevented me from resting, and also had a negative effect on my health. I complained about this to the hotel employee on the night of 02/02/2022 to 02/03/2022. on the night of 02/03/2022 and on the morning of 02/04/2022, the hotel employee did not accept payment for the hotel from me, referring to the fact that the hotel manager ordered me to be evicted. I asked this hotel manager to contact me but was denied even an explanation of my eviction and a connection with the manager or owner of the establishment. I ask you to look into the situation and check the rules of staying at the hotel, as well as explain why visitors can smoke right in the room. I would also like to know why I didn't receive my payment receipt when paying with cash in the sleep room.
