Although the location is not at the heart of the city but it is the walkable distance to every spots. This hotel is located next to the biggest park in the city and very good for us to take walk for fresh air everyday. The staff in hotel are nice and helpful. The room decorations are warm for our 4 days stay.

Fantastic hotel. Wonderful location in a great neighbourhood, just off vondel park. Breakfast is fantastic. A wide range of breads, eggs, cheeses, cereals, fruit and yoghurts. Rooms are comfortable and have everything you might need.

I am not usually a person who writes reviews. But I have to share my experience of staying in this hotel with you. I checked into this hotel on the 17th. That night, when I was washing up, I put one of my rings on the bathroom tissue box. Because our whole family rented bicycles to ride the next day, I didn't wear the ring. It was also my fault that I forgot to lock it in the safe. We returned to the hotel at about 10:00 that night. Because I was very tired, I took a shower and rested. When I went out the next day, I found that I couldn't find the ring when I wanted to put it on. After a careful search, I decided to tell the hotel front desk about this matter. The hotel front desk said that they would ask the cleaners and asked me to come back in the afternoon to find them. When I came back in the afternoon, the hotel said that the cleaners didn't take it, and the cleaners said they didn't see it. The next day we checked out and changed to another hotel. When I left, I hoped that the hotel would take the investigation of this matter seriously. I asked the hotel to call the police, and they asked me to leave my phone number and then reply to me, but no one has contacted me so far. I don't hope that I can get the ring back, but I hope everyone will keep their belongings when staying in the hotel!

The room was a little small, but it was a stylish and clean hotel. There was an espresso machine and a kettle, and the bed mattress was comfortable. It's a 20-minute tram ride to Amsterdam Central Station, and about 3 minutes to the nearest tram station, so it's convenient. It's in a quiet residential area in front of a park, so it's recommended for those who want a quiet stay while still enjoying sightseeing! The fact that there aren't many shops nearby is a bit inconvenient, and the negative points are that the cleaning was insufficient on some days and there was no bathtub.

The location of this hotel is very good, very close (walking distance) to the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum, with a beautiful environment and a park next to it. The only difference from the advertisement is that there is no indoor pool!

The room is old and the hygiene is average. It is about 20 minutes' walk from the Van Gogh Museum. There are no slippers in the room. I asked the waiter for them later. There are only two bottles of mineral water for check-in. In the next few days, there is no water. It doesn't feel good. 😀

Quiet in the hustle and bustle. Very exquisite. Breakfast is very good. The bed is very comfortable.
