Great location, close to the subway station, 15min from central railway station, 20min by walk to city center. Also nice neighborhood with nice restaurants. Service is great. Just the decoration is a bit outdated.

A great hotel in the Museums Quarter. It’s near both metro stations in a short distance to down town. There is a cozy neighborhood near by for brunch and drinks. You may ask for additional amenities via the online app of the hotel. The room service and concierge are very helpful.

Good location, friendly reception except few situations However, when i mentioned that i was expecting bigger room, like advertised in trip.com, when the corner room pics related to the sqm i wanted are prominent, reception clerk swiftly said she didnt measure the room sqm and said nobody knows the sqm ?!?!?! @trip.com. !!!??? Pls make sure the info you get about the rooms are accurate It was not the case now.

Nightmare stay. I was charged 2.5x MORE tax than stated on Trip, and neither Trip nor the hotel is willing to help. Upon further investigation, it appears that we were completely screwed over as the rates that we booked was 3x LOWER than the rates Trip quoted to the hotel. Either way, Trip or hotel should’ve assumed responsibility right away for this huge mistake, rather than making us negotiate with Trip and the hotel for few days. Awful.

One of the best stay in the entire Europe trip. Nice weather with beautiful view. Hotel provides complimentary drinks if you hang the little green card at the door(which means no house keeping).

Perfect location (calm and not very busy) and service. The room is big and with an amazing view on the canal and sunrise.

地理位置不錯,離地鐵不遠,去哪兒都方便。房間也不小,住的很舒適。到庫肯霍夫鬱金香公園的巴士站點走路也就十多分鐘。

NH集團非常歧視華人旅客,我這趟旅行一共住了三家他們旗下的酒店,給我的分別是,剛裝修不久的房間,非常靠近電梯很吵的房間和一個周圍全是裝修每天十點就會開始電鑽響的房間,非常不建議入住這個集團旗下的任何酒店

酒店在博物館區,看博物館很方便。到火車站也不遠,步行 20/30 分鐘可以抵達。 酒店設施陳舊,廁所裏面的排風機無法關閉。硬件條件很一般。 入住的時候問酒店前台哪裡可以停車,被推薦停到了河對岸的地下停車場,2 天收了 130 歐元。其實酒店的衚衕裏面就有每晚 39 歐元的停車場。
