The hotel was clean and comfortable and there was free tea and coffee in reception. The towels were rather tired. We were in a twin room and the beds were pushed together. We would have preferred some space between the beds. The location was very good, within walking distance of Central station and the museums.

Booked this hotel as parking would be possible there but never managed to come even close to the hotel by car. Maybe streets were closed for a specific event but it would be good to be able to communicate with the hotel you booked! calling the reception during the evening was not possible, the number shown at their website did not work. Never managed to find or communicate with the hotel so booked another one. Disappointing

The price vs the quality of the hotel was disappointing. The room was very small and the pillows were not comfortable. I had lots of bags so taking the elevator and then finding I had to go down some steps after I arrived on my floor was a pain. The safety deposit box was not working and I asked if they would fix it but they didn’t.
The staff were friendly.

It’s okay for a couple of nights but would have preferred to spend a little more for a nicer hotel. This one could have been cleaner, the beds were extremely firm, sad the pillows completely flat.

If you are looking for a hotel where you would stay 1 to max 2 nights its „okay-ish“ option… Just dont expect to much… Hotel rooms are basic, they try to keep it tidy and clean, but there is alot (and i really mean alot) of space to improve.
The only positive about this hotel is the location, but since Amsterdam is a small city i would not book it again, or recommend anyone to stay there…

The hotel was nice, staff was quick. Had an issue where it was jinda cold cause for sone reason the ac didnt turn off. So asked stsff, tgey checked if the room was unlocked then gave as an electric heater.
We saw other reviews so we were orepared for this snd so was the stsff they very quick and easy with it.

The stay in Amsterdam was great. Unfortunately the hotel didn’t live up to expectations. Floors were grubby, towels were old and frayed and no hand towel supplied. Toilet paper very thin and cheap. No tea or coffee facilities either.
The hall way carpets were dirty and things were left all over. The staff were friendly.

You get what you pay for! Very small room with no space to set your luggage anywhere but the ledge of a narrow window. The bathroom is extremely small with no shower curtain or door which means water splashes everywhere. The only positive is the hotel, or should I say motel, is very well located.
