Everything is perfect including food rooms staff...I came with a group of 12 people ,the hotel staff is very polite and courteous.. Their food is also nice ..Rooms provided by them were also neat and clean.. Thankyou for the wonderful experience.

Booked hotel through agoda.com. hotel manager on arrival said he cant allow check in as they have no partnership with agoda. When we showed booking confirmation he rudely said that it is not his problem.. Hotel has long ago written to agoda and if they are still taking booking then we should deal with agoda.. As we had no option so we were charged same booking account and he treated like doing some kind favor to us.. After that he started asking about if what relation we have and where are we coming from.. Then narrating a story of unmarried couple etc.. Hotel has no working kitchen of it self. For morning breakfast which was part of booking he said that only parantha and tea will be served.. Liquid soap and shampoo dispenser in washroom was empty.. Washbasin choked.. Room cramped.. Electricity cut was there and we had to call and ask to start generator... After midnight, service staffs ring the doorbell and asks if we had ordered to send water bottels.. In the morning 7:20 am landline phone rings and person other side says that breakfast has come.. We asked them to send in room after 8:30 am.. But after 10 minutes service staff start knocking the door and says that yesterday we had asked to serve around 7:30 so we have to take it now.. Manager ****** is highly unprofessional and rude... Not safe for females...

We loved our Stay at psk pride Hotel. Excellent service, Clean and moderate rooms and Healthy food. Thanks to General Manager Mr. Negi. I want to share that my kids were very Happy that you provide them a balloon at Hotel. Mr. Negi please to improve your reception and the boy Vijay he is very slow not even understand to things clear he required more training. Please take this on positive way. Rest everything was great.

I booked this Hotel online and our stay was memorable and comfortable. Hotel and rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff was very humble and courteous. Hotel General Manager Mr. Sonu took special care of my entire stay. My family and kids enjoyed very much. They should start their restaurant. It will be very convenient for the Hotel guests. In our next year holiday I'll definitely come again here to enjoy this nice hospitality.
