Personally I faced some problems, like door lock not smooth to open, no room sleepers, little darkness at rooms corridor, price little expensive then the stay experience

Had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Few points that I would like to highlight about my stay: 1. Rooms were very clean and our concerns were addressed immediately 2. Restaurant was amazing, their buffet spread had ***y delicious options. Service was excellent, we were extremely happy with the services offered by Anubha, Amith and Kushbu 3. Housekeeping was good as well, special thanks to Sunny and his team. Overall we had an excellent stay, I highly recommend this place..

I regularly visit to Regenta property. They have a great trained people who are always ready for guest service. They are always ready to serve you the food as per your customisation. One of the example is the photo which I have uploaded. Meet with a Rakhvinder (F&B ***ager) & Pavinder they have a great experience of how to handle a guests, kudos to them. Great place for visit.

The staff is very generous and helpful. The food provided is of high quality and the rooms are very tidy and clean. Ms twinkle is very polite and humble. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There is no complain about anything from my side. Loved my stay here!!.
