Very suitable location, 5 minutes away from golden temple & 2minute away from regional passport office 2to3kmfrom bus stand. Comfrtable good rooms &cooperative staff.

I was bitten by a mouse in the hotel room and there were no first aid in the hotel. The hotel staff didn't even provide me with any treatment. Pathetic experience makemytrip should ban these kind of hotels from there app as this goes against your reputation.

Found on make my trip and had worse experience because bed sheets and blankets were dirty, smelly and quite unhygienic had to book another hotel suddenly because of seeing that in bad situation and there was no parking no safety for car it was worse experience i've ever got.

Room is not clean. Full of rats. Horrible stay. Restaurant not available in property. During order they can arrange item from some where only within 1. 30hr

Property location is easy to find as it is on main road. Room was very good. Neat and clean with ample space. Services were really disappointing. We called many times at house keeping but no one attends. No staff was available to pick up luggage on check out time. Overall service was really bad.
