Hotel Bindra Paradise

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing, especially due to the owner's indifferent attitude: Tiny Rooms: Uncomfortably small rooms without windows or ventilation made the stay less than ideal. Dirty Blankets: Unclean blankets added to the discomfort, reflecting poor cleanliness standards. Initial Amenity Refusal: Basic amenities, like a water bottle, required persistent follow-up – not the service expected. Unsafe Surroundings: The narrow, seemingly unsafe road raised safety concerns, especially for solo female travelers. Owner's Unprofessionalism: Despite being polite during booking, the owner's shocking response, shouting over the phone, emphasized a disregard for customer concerns, stating he's only interested in business. Questionable Reviews: The credibility of 5-star reviews comes into question after such an indifferent experience. The owner, who was polite when we booked, became really rude when we complained about the room. Shouted at us over the phone.

Very bad experience for us. Booked online using Agoda but they gave our twin room to someone else so I slept on the floor. It's first in first served. Power failed at night and they started a noisy generator outside our door, no sleep. Dirty sheets and I have bites on me the next morning. I paid for the night but they asked for more money in the morning. Stay away.

Very decent room, breakfast, lunch and dinner also available here with very tasty. Very nice and polite behaviour of Hotel staff and owner. All room's are here AC & Wi-Fi facilities. Price is affordable within 1000 and full safety and full security is here. This hotel, near to Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh and attached with main market. For side seen purpose car also available by rental. Some of there negative point like daily room service/ cleaning not available. There have not any Balcony facilities with room. Overall is very good Hotel than others Hotel in Amritsar.

It was a first time stay at this guest house, but I was amazed at the cleanliness and hospitality of the owner. The rooms are small but due to the vicinity of Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh it is a worthful stay. The service was good and Mr.Roop Bindra is amazing in fulfilling the requests made by the guests. This is a cozy homestay kind of guesthouse so don't expect whims and fancy stuff, Towels are provided, ***** with the room service. There is no ventilation in the room but we went in December so it was cozy, but Rooms are with Air Conditioners so will not be an issue in hot summers. Parking is an issue so please speak to the owner before coming to Amritsar.
