Absolutely horrendous experience. The person named Ananya told us that our stay includes breakfast + dinner for a certain cost. However, upon travelling for 450kms and reaching the hotel, the staff at the reception told us that our plan includes just breakfast for the said cost. We were asked to wait for about 15-20 mins with no solution. The reception staff mentioned that they can't do anything as this person ananya sits out of the Mumbai office. Upon calling ananya multiple times, the phone was not answered even once. The reception staff also took our IDs and probably scanned them as well for check in. But due to this whole fiasco and no support from the staff, we did not check in. This behaviour by Lords Inn and the staff is clearly a scam and fraudulent. I am a seasoned traveller having done local, national, and international trips. I do not recommend this stay to anyone.
