I had a fantastic stay at Gloria Hotel! The facilities were top-notch, with a comfortable and clean room. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Special thanks to Mohammad Enaya at the reception for his exceptional service. He was always friendly, helpful, and professional, making check-in and check-out seamless. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay. The hotel is fantastic and clean also nice and peaceful.The staff are very friendly and helpful RASHID AND NASSIF ARE AMAZING. They made our stay comfortable.I always come back here this is my third time in JORDAN I always stay GLORIA HOTEL and will return INSHAALLAH

We were at Gloria Hotel two weeks in August 2024 and honestly we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that this hotel provides. Out of 87 hotels I've been to around the world (several 5-stars hotels did not reach the same level of service), this is my favorite hotel and the best staff I've ever met. We enjoyed everything at the hotel. The breakfast has a wide variety to choose from and the quantity provided is always sufficient and timely replenished. The staff were always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable. The rooms were carefully cleaned every day by Abdou El Majeed, who always was available when we needed something. I have been in so many different hotels around the world, but never have I experienced better service than the one we got from Abdou El Majeed. Two of the best malls in Amman were only around 50 meters from the hotel. The hotel is listed as being 3 stars, but the quality, cleanliness, breakfast, technique, construction are more like 5 stars. Rooms were ok. Lighting was not great. Breakfast and hospitality not great. Breakfast was stale and not many choices for vegetarians. There are better hotels that could be found at the same price. Location of hotel is also not in downtown - at least 15-20 min car ride to downtown.
