Kelebihan hotel ini adalah memiliki tempat parkir yang bagus, harga lebih murah daripada hotel lain di daerah ini dan mereka memiliki penyewaan pantai di tempat. Kontra adalah bahwa hotel seharusnya telah direnovasi tetapi sangat buruk disatukan dan ruangan itu sangat kotor. Ada bola bulu hewan peliharaan di bawah tempat tidur, jamur terlihat tumbuh di nat kamar mandi, noda di sofa, sampah di sekitar keran dan bubuk merah/karat di belakang pintu kamar mandi. Lantai linoleum terkelupas, gorden gelapnya sudah usang dan tidak cukup menghalangi lampu jalan dan dindingnya sangat tipis. Setiap dan semua suara dapat terdengar dari ruangan (langkah kaki, percakapan, dan kamar tetangga). Setelah biaya hotel / fasilitas, harganya tidak jauh lebih murah daripada hotel lain sehingga akan merekomendasikan membayar lebih untuk pengalaman yang lebih baik.

Front desk personnel: Tiona and Courtney were great! Room was clean and comfortable! Shower needs to be replaced! Not on the beach, about one block away. Very good breakfast. I would stay there again.

For being in a good location with a reasonable price, we were expecting some flaws... surprise surprise, we found everything spotless and the crew helpful and friendly. Already recommended it to a couple of friends.

Rooms were adequate. A little dated but mostly clean. Enjoyed the stay overall. Location was convenient to beach, restaurants and bars. Close to Fernandina shopping and marina. They charge a resort fee of $36.00 per night which offers wagons, beach chairs and bicycles for free. Hot tub and pool were clean. Moderate breakfast of bagels, cereal, yogart, juice, coffee and muffins
Overall good experience... mini vacation. i was alone and felt safe.

Breakfast is a muffin and coffee or tea to go , cleaning people very kind bar was very loud wasn’t worth the free drink basically the bartender was the loud one , nice pool area , with hammock , a lot of areas under construction but room was clean receptionist was very kind and so much free stuff ie;bikes drinks coupon for free app at local restaurants close to the beach

This hotel is very conveniently located to restaurants. There is a very nice pizza place right on the property you could park your car and not get back in it until you leave. The beach is a block and a half away. You can hear the waves crashing at night outside your hotel door. The peds were comfortable the breakfast they served was good. We ate dinner at sliders Seaside Grill, and it was delicious. As an FYI, there are not coffee pots in the room and I was not aware that they would charge me $10 for the overnight parking fee. But as close it is to the beach $10 is not much I just wasn’t aware

Rate was good but this property is in need of a full update as it is tired. Cleaning staff does a wonderful job & the linens are clean but you can only do so much in an older property that has not been renovated.

This is an older motel. Clean rooms but dated. Their site didn’t say anything about their remodeling. Their site said they had a breakfast buffet but it was only cold cereal and muffins. Staff were very nice. Price was good but the $25 resort fee was for nothing. Pictures did match the room age.
