Cleanliness really need to be improved. Bed cover smelled dusty n the air conditioner needs to be cleaned. Others are OK.

The room was a bit dirty, from dust on the floor, the AC remote didn't have a battery, the lights in the wash room were off, and there were traces of old guest soap... And what was worse was that the receptionist was very impolite, even arrogant.
