Poorly kept room linen with hair of the previous occupier’s. The shower head is rusted and the bathrooms are smelly.

The stay was good. The best part was very tidy and clean, well maintained. We had the afternoon meals at their in house restaurant. The taste was good but it was expensive and the service was not up to the mark.

Something as basic as hot water not available. Hardly any staff. Got misled while booking as an alleppey hotel. It is 15km and 40 min away from alleppey
