Except breakfast rest of them were excellent. Rooms were comfy Front desk staff were very helpful.

Miss Dana at the concierge is very helpful as my hubby was not feeling well and need to go to A&E. She told us that the hospital does not open 24hrs. She said she will call an ambulance for us. As we do not speak their native language, she was kind to arrange everything for us and told us to wait in our room. When the Medics came, Mr Anton at the concierge was in the midnight shift, he came up to us and was so kind to gave his mobile number in case we have problems at the hospital and to call him at anytime. We sincerely appreciate Miss Dana and Mr Anton for their impeccable service and kindness.

Amazing place to stay in Almaty. Beautiful, modern, warm. Great food as well

i’m very complain to this hotel. becuase i irritated from carpet cleaning chemical. wanted to cancel all trip and needed to make treatment for back this hotel manager didn’t give any compensation and return

Great location surrounded by different commercial establishments. Close to the airport for those late night trips. Very friendly staff, always ready to assist and no concerns whatsoever in communication. They are ready to help in booking taxis which is really convenient.

廊下の給水器でお湯が使えるが、部屋にポットはない。コーヒーや紅茶などは無いが、コップ・スリッパ・歯ブラシ・ドライヤー・金庫・冷蔵庫は有り。 部屋は綺麗で快適に過ごせました。

這個酒店一般，不喜歡房間的插座的設計，很難用，並且房間沒有瓶裝水，需要自己去樓道里接大桶水，我很不理解這個，並且很不方便。早餐還可以吧，前台的服務態度冷冷的，沒有不禮貌也不熱情。

房間乾淨整潔衞生，服務人員態度很好，大廳佈置很温馨，比國內的宜必思酒店檔次要高很多，外面温度-26度 但是房間很温暖，保暖措施做得很好
