Food quality was good..amenties and services was average, location is nearby prayagraj railway station.

Pathetic service refuse to serve egg in complimentary breakfast refuse to serve tandoori roti as they claim that they will not run the hotel at a loss since there are no guests and it requires more staff to run the tandoor. Cleaning not upto the mark wifi not working and taps leaking in both rooms in which i stayed 205 and 206. Pathetic attitude and behaviour of staff. Mineral water bottle not given as complimentary only ro water given in jug. Breakfast and dinner was below average. Mosquitoes, cockroaches, ants and other insects in both rooms. This hotel needs to shut down permanently

Property location is good. Foods are average. Services is good. Amenities are average. Charging for complimentary drinking water.

Service is very bad no bufe in breakfast rooms are very small not providing mineral water as complimentary

Dacoits looting people like us, charged extra one day charge because of early check in where as they told only 30% of the rent had to pay if early check in is done but they charged whole day including meal charge.

Room is not comfortable charging plug issue packaged drinking water bottle not in complimentary room change request not accepted very smell.

Room was spacious, but cleanliness could have been better. Very sweet staff. The bathroom hygiene was ok ok.

We travel a lot and stay in different cities and hotels but this hotel was good enough to stay in prayagraj food was tasty and eoom service was also good, price of food was cheap location was also good i’ll suggest go for it.

Would quote my stay an average except food rest of the stay was below average. Cost is more than the room provided.
