The hotel is beautiful and quiet, and thank God all the guests I saw were respectful in their dress and manners. The hotel was also beautiful, clean and wonderful, and their breakfast was varied and beautiful as well.

I was check out 5 in the morning my Uber is waiting they check to my room everything is all right I understand it’s rules and one towel missing and receptionist check my luggage it’s okay his work and all look at me suspicious way to me they think I steal towel haha it’s really scary environment that young receptionist is really uneducated and unprofessional it’s been second time I booked this hotel an it’s the last for me I was really scare

Nice hotel only the corridors which lead to the rooms are a little dated with gray carpet in poor condition. The corridors are sad and need to be refreshed with a good lick of paint. The rooftop pool and spa may be out of order at this time of year.

The food and catering service was excellent. It will be grossly unfair if we do not make special mention of the extraordinary courtesy and service rendered by one, Mr. Ahmed Masry (FB). Regret I cannot say the same for Housekeeping who had to be reminded to replace the used tumblers and replenish the water bottles. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Environment: The hotel is located on the third floor of a large shopping mall. Since there is only one large floor, the corridors between the rooms, lobby and various facilities are relatively long. The shopping mall downstairs should be a high-end one in Alexandria, with Carrefour, many restaurants, shops and a cinema, which is convenient for travel and shopping. Hygiene: Although it is a little old, the rooms and various facilities are very clean, which is even more precious in Egypt. Facilities: Slippers are not provided in the room, and you need to ask for them from the front desk. There was a problem with the shower head on the night of check-in, and the hot water came out in bursts. Since it was already late at night, I barely finished the shower. In addition, the lighting inside the room is a bit insufficient and dim. Facilities: The outdoor swimming pool is large and beautiful, and there is a 24-hour gym, but there is no water in the water dispenser, and there are many unused disposable paper cups scattered on the ground without being processed. Summary: An older five-star hotel with a convenient location, good hardware but a few defects in maintenance, and the overall cost performance is still relatively high. The eternal four-season standard is the best service in the business hotel I have stayed in all four seasons. Before check-in, people with guest service send emails and call to confirm my preference. When eating breakfast, more people queue up at the door. The restaurant manager saw it and said to send breakfast to my room. Breakfast is also very rich. Stayed for five nights. Although I didn't go out very much, many people in the front office can shout my name. The recognition of this piece has really been very satisfied. The last night was a little unpleasant because of the order. The hotel manager came over to apologize when I checked out. Also sent cheese cake (because I was with my husband and secretly helped with the romantic arrangement and sent a honeymoon cake) The hotel concierge was simply omnipotent. Haha also helped make an appointment for a door-to-door nucleic acid test. (Hotel security guards went all the way to our room and looked at the nucleic acid. It was very safe. ) And also helped buy a train ticket to Cairo. The whole process is called to solve everything. Good rooms with great views of the ocean. Bit noisy because of the location. A bit far from the center. Service was good.

After crossing the road, it is the seaside. It is convenient to eat and go shopping around. The front desk luggage service is courteous and friendly. Breakfast is rich. Recommended

I feel the level of a five-star guest house, the quilt is broken, the bathroom has stains, unknown hairs, the floor is tiled, and the bare feet walk over it with gray. The so-called city view room is facing a Syrian-style building that has been in disrepair. The breakfast is crowded, there are many breads and desserts, and the choices are limited. I will complain about the sound insulation of the hotel. There is no sound insulation at all. The sound of cars and motorcycles passing by in the middle of the night, the sound of honking the horn, is simply drunk, and I can hardly sleep all night.

Beautiful old hotel on the water. I had a great sea view. The breakfast is fine but the roof top location of the restaurant and bar is great! The rooms are maybe a bit smaller than other places, but plenty for two of us and it is quite old and historic so one must understand. It’s got old decor, style, and elevator, but the bathroom, TV, and other amenities are modern and working well. I found the bed, pillows and linens to be clean and comfortable. Location is convenient- near shops, street food, other hotels with their bars and restaurants. Right between the library and the fort. You can see both from the rooftop restaurant or room balcony. About a 20 minute to walk to the library, 30-45 to the fort.
