I had stayed here twice before pre COVID and couldn’t fault it. Just returned from a week stay and have to say I will never return. The level of cleanliness is terrible. We have a broken toilet seat, shower yellow with mould on the glass. There was rubbish under the bed when we arrived so I asked for the floors to be cleaned and the cleaners allegedly had done it but the rubbish remained. One bed wasn’t made up so I had to ask for linen. The hotel has become more of a party destination with loud music playing until 3am most nights in other rooms and then 7am a few nights. People drinking and smoking in the pool. The staff don’t seem to care. It’s is such a shame how downhill this place has gone. It’s in need of an update and stricter rules to be enforced.

Shame I have to leave this review as the hotel was ok, but the hotel owner conned me and my friends out of €100 deposit per room - not for damages but for being too noisy apparently?? Not once were we ever asked to be quiet but on the day of check out just refused us our money due to this reason! There was another group who also were refused there deposit as well! Seems to be a money making scheme from the owner - very dodgy indeed - avoid this place at all costs!

Upon arrival the manager, Luisa, knew we were uncomfortable. Since we were
from the US and did not expect the party surroundings.
She immediately called a sister hotel, Luna Solaqua and moved us to this hotel. The customer sevice was excellent and our stay in Albuferia was wonderful because of the intuition of the Ocean Luna Club manager

If I could give this place a 0 I would !! Stay away me and my wife and parent in laws stayed for one week mattresses are unhygienic and hard as a rock !! We were rudely disturbed at 12:30 at night to ask if there was any taps running due to a leak effecting multiple apartments !! My in laws had to move apartment 2 times due to the leak again woken in the middle of the night to be moved and no assistance to do so We also had ants in the room !! So if you were going on a family stay and someone was on the pull out they would be sleeping with the ants This won’t let me add videos to this post but we have videos to prove !!

We wasn't expecting great things of this place after reading the reviews on here but we were pleasantly surprised. They upgraded our room free of charge for my birthday from a studio to a one bedroom apartment with a pool view. The room was a great size and very clean. Cleaners came in every day. Yes its alittle dated but for what we paid we were more than happy and the rooms were clean and that's the main thing for us as we don't go on holiday to spend it in the room! Reception staff were very accommodating and helpful. The only thing it's missing is a bar but there is literally 3 just over the road and a shop so not really a big problem! Location is good for the beach and old town. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Albufeira. Couldn't fault the place!

The employees of this hotel were very friendly and the environment/view is beautifull.
Most of the rooms have a balcony and you can look out on the sea, if you are in the upper floors, you will also look down on the pool. You can easily take a dive yourself (not from up your balcony of course ;) )
That being said, I noticed that most of the clients are older people, so if you are young and a “bit” noisy, just know that its a possibility you will need to keep it down a notch. There is also no music in the entrance/lobby, so it’s quite a silent hotel compared to others I went too.
On the otherhand, if peace and quire is what you were searching for, then is hotel will definitely be the place to be ;)

Hi we haven't actually visited here as of yet but are coming here from 3rd September for 10 nights,does the apartments offer adapted room for my mothers mobility and if anyone has used one what facilities does it offer,is it basic with acessible bath/shower chair which is our main concern,is it shower over bath etc,thanks
