Very happy with my stay. Clean, friendly staff, and great location.

Sleeping was horrific. Don’t go with family as all you can hear is music all night and shouting between hotels! At the pool the big groups of teenagers swear and take over the pool hitting people with their footballs. Lovely hotel and staff just the groups that ruin it. Great facilities and positioning.

This hotel has a great reception that tried to sort any issues,the hotel itself is very clean and the room cleaning is first class. Outside of hotel is large supermarket for everything you need self catering, but not many places to eat or drink so you have to go to old or new town about 15 min walk mostly down hill but we need needed Uber or taxi back as it was uphill and very warm 38 Deg, We found food choice in old town pretty expensive and not of good quality can't say we had a decent meal,drinks also expensive around 4to5 euro for local beer sagres and 7 euro for archers and lemonade. So bad points about hotel firstly don't have an early flight as want let you in room till 4pm as it states on booking but what got us was we booked a year ago as the website said no stags or hens allowed,well somewhere along the line this changed for the worse it was like an 18 to 30 week there with different mobs of men and girls taking over pool area and being very intimidating, playing their own loud music and drinking cans bought from supermarket around and in the pool we never managed to go to pool because of this. In the evening loud music doors slamming people shouting this went on most of night with people coming in from partying till 5 am and waking everyone up. Unfortunately we will never come back here because of this so if you want a nice relaxing holiday with families and couples then avoid as we were more tired coming home from lack of sleep. If management read this please sort out this unruly behaviour as it spoils a lovely hotel.
