One of the best intercontinental hotels we have ever been too. Classy hotel and fantastic amenities. Shaheedah from Egypt did our checkin smoothly. Abdou helped with our bags. All the staff were well trained and took care of the guests. One thing that could be changed is someone should be attending at the checkin/check out counters to avoid annoying customers because no one could make out who was next in the queue. Food was amazing and the beach and pool awesome. Although in January when we went the sea water was too cold and very windy. So beach was difficult to swim in but the pool was temperature controlled. Great hotel and value for money. Also the pressure of the showers should be increased if possible. And better shampoo should be arranged too.

Very bougie and lovely! It was a perfect stay! Food was amazing, people were fantastic, and the grounds/rooms are immaculate!!! This is somewhere you'll want to stay every time you visit RAK!!!

Beautiful and modern hotel. Has to be one of the top 3 hotels in the Emirate. All rooms face the sea so you can’t go wrong with any of them. The rooms are large. So are the balconies. You have the option to book inter-connecting rooms for larger families.

This InterContinental Hotel is located on a small island in Ras Al Khaimah. It is safe, quiet and comfortable, and the facilities are very new. All rooms have sea views, but be careful when booking a room, as the view from the balcony of the rooms on the lower floors will be somewhat blocked. The hotel service is good, and there is valet parking in front of the door. There is a children's club, and child care can also be provided. You can scan the code to order various drinks by the pool. The beach is large and the sand is good, and the water of the Persian Gulf is a jelly sea, especially at noon. There is a Levantine-style restaurant on a cape in the hotel, and the food is great, but it is best to make a reservation in advance. When we went there, it was already full at just after six in the evening.

It was completely beyond my expectation. The price was just right when I booked it. It was almost the cheapest hotel in the entire trip, but it was the most cost-effective. The kids' club was great. The kids didn't want to leave after playing. The restaurant was also great. It was so comfortable to watch the sunset with the sea breeze.

If you want to see the sea from your room, half of the rooms in this hotel cannot see it. The sand is relatively coarse. I booked a full sea view room, but when I got to the room, the window was as shown in the first picture below. The elevator went to the underground L floor (Grand Floor), just like staying in a basement. It was completely different from the room type picture shown when booking, but the hotel insisted that this was a full sea view room facing the sea. I don’t know where she can see the sea. I reported the situation to Ctrip as soon as possible, and Ctrip customer service communicated with the hotel in time, and also negotiated with the hotel, but the hotel refused to change the room. The hotel said that the room was full, but in fact many rooms did not turn on the lights at night. Ctrip is still very responsible, but the hotel does not buy it. So, if you want to stay in a sea view room, this hotel is definitely not suitable.
