Okay hotel. Unclean bathroom. Breakfast is chaos. Beach is nice.

The sink in the bathrooms is not the best both quality and sanitary wise Excellent facilities and good customer service. Very good handling of the staff at the breakfast time, although always busy, the waiters never leave any guest unattended.

Poor experience, very crowded hotel with subpar amenities and old facilities. No smiling staff, you had to exchange key cards for a very old worn out towel. Bed linen and pillows had stains, when called to clean the room was told not allowed only in the following morning?bed very small for tall people, noisy at all hours of the night, very expensive fnb, salty sea with a lot of algae and jet ski hovering nearby which can get dangerous and so noisy. Avoid at all costs!

Very nice vibes especially for kids , if you have kids 3+ years go for it , great activities and nice water slides, breakfast is delicious and good variety, they have 3 swimming pools and beach , the kids really enjoyed it and I wants to thank Ahdi for his hospitality and welcoming. See you soon again :)

I am really not sure how they managed to get a 5 star in any aspect. Honestly, they do not deserve more than 3 star. Let's start with a few good points. We stayed in 1 bed so the rooms were fine. The kids' pool playing area was good. Some staff were excellent in hospitality. Now let's go on with the BUTs Service and hospitality is mostly horrible. 90% of the staff seems unhappy, which reflects in their hospitality towards guests. The pools are not climate controlled, so it was freezing cold, and the water was even colder. Apart from most of the staff being unwelcoming we had bad experience with a staff at towel counter which was reported to the manager but the staff still continued. Another hotel staff member said that he, too, had very bad experiences with the same person at the towel counter. The major tricky package this hotel sells is the game called "all inclusive package" Now anyone reading this and who speaks English, please tell me the meaning of all-inclusive doesn't it mean everything is included? However, this isn't the case. There are restaurants that say we need to book 24 hours prior. Even coffee bars will say they will only serve tea coffee softdrink and juice in the "all inclusive" joke. We paid more than 3k for just one day stay and took the so-called "all inclusive" and their places refused to even offer kids hot chocolate or red bull to us. It was honestly very embarrassing. I would never book any stay the moment I see the "radisson" banner. At the buffet place called RBG, I guess is the name of the restaurant from what I recollect.... again some staff is polite while rest are snobbish. The plates soup bowls are chipped. Seriously, you call yourselves 5* serving people in chipped utensils? The pool place umbrellas are torn real 5 star way. There is a kids' indoor play area, which is another joke cos there is nothing much to do there. We have used all-inclusive packages from the other 5 stars in the same emirate, and it was amazing. The price we paid was similar. So this is literally fooling the client. I would be happy if we had paid AED500 for the treatment we got, but we spent AED3116. Enjoy the photos

I had an amazing time in Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island. The room was literally wonderful, the beach was very clean and chill, the cuisine in restaurants was one of the best in UAE. Especially i recommend to visit La Med restaurant, all dishes were incredible tasty! And don’t forget to order the breakfast in room from the chef, because it is sooo delicious and beautiful! Also the Spa in this hotel was amazing, i totally recommend to take there a massage and just relax. The hotelier Edwin was very nice and polite, i appreciate it a lot.

We would like to thank the man at reception Naqeeb... He always helped us when we had any problem. He always gladly explained everything to us with no problem. But I have a complain about the noise. We had view on sea and we could not sleep at night becausw of the loud music and screaming people.

Very good service and very clean room and we are very happy with housekeeper name Imran , santosh OK . We are here first time, but is absolutely not last time . We took all our family and our friends to come to Dubai and come to the same hotel next time.

Rbg bar is very good 👍 Rbg bar staff makes very nice mocktails For those who don't drink alcohol mocktails were very nice and very friendly staff with our small brother thank you all of we enjoyed in Rbg bar and Dj was very good 💯💯.......we will definitely come back to RBG BAR Thank you guys.
