Ulasan Al Ain Rotana

People who work there are friendly. However the room wasn’t serviced until after 5 pm and had to be done when I was present. The electrical connections in the room kept flickering on and off. Room looked old. My meal at Trader Vic’s was expensive and not worth the value. The food was subpar.

Well located hotel, relatively near most attractions in Al Ain. Nice swimming pool and restaurants.

房間很大，帶陽台，有微波爐，裝修新，值得入住。

由於阿萊茵是非常小且偏僻的城市，因為要去動物園住宿一晚，也沒有什麼酒店選擇。房間很一般，幾十年前的裝修風格，設施很老化，房間傢俱陳舊。不管酒店服務人員態度很好，早餐倒是符合五星級酒店標準。另外我預訂的是山景房，結果房間在一樓對着停車場，也懶得換了…

酒店在艾因市中心，離周邊的景點都很近，入住的人不少，比較熱鬧。設施相對沒有那麼新，但房間還是挺大的。

We have been regular visitors to Al Ain Rotana for many years. Our recent trip did not disappoint! The staff continue to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Their friendliness and efficiency is second to none. Many thanks to the lovely Reception staff for looking after us. To Hosan and the team in Trader Vics… food and drinks were amazing as always. Ramen at the pool bar for his friendly efficient service. A big shout out to everyone involved in the tree lighting ceremony. It was such a lovely evening.

Christian the lifeguard is wonderful . So attentive . Nothing is too much trouble . He and the other lifeguards are simply the best . They brighten my day. He addresses my 97 year old mum as your majesty . We both look forward to seeing him & his colleagues every day

Really enjoying the pool like always. We are always happy to have Ramen providing excellent service at the pool bar. We thought he left for Vacation, turns our hotel changed his shift! Thankfully we have him back at the bar rocking some AMAZING cocktails!

Service is great, staff is super attentive, the breakfast buffet has significantly improved in the past few years and is really great now. Min Zaman is the highest level of Lebanese cuisine I know and the staff there is amazingly attentive in any aspect. Really amazing people and it speaks for the restaurant and the hotel that they keep their staff members over all these years. The gym is equipped really well, all new Technogym equipment and really spacious. Overall it is a beautiful place in a great location. Been coming here for a while and I love it, it feels very much like home away from home by now.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Lamie at the Reception. The night we had dinner at the hotel was Seafood Night at the Zest Restaurant and it was super delicious. Definitely can’t wait to go back!!

I have been enjoying the breakfasts in the Zest restaurant at the hotel for a few weekends. The food and service has always been excellent. A special mention to the waitress Lady who was always incredibly attentive and made my experience unforgettable.

I would especially like to recognize the outstanding efforts of [lady - karthane - cindi]. Their dedication, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor went above and beyond my expectations.
