Extremely convenient location, right next to the JR Akita station. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. A comfortable chair comes with the desk, where I could work hard for my papers there whenever I returned to my room. Ample choices of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for everyone!

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient. It’s just next to the JR station, within 1 minutes walk. The staff at the reception was quite friendly. I checked in before the official check in time and left my luggage for storage. The luggage was moved to my room when I went back to the hotel in the evening. The room was spacious according to the Japanese standard. The breakfast was not bad as well.

So conveniently located. It is next to the JR station, making our late arrival least stressful. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Best location, fast check in and out, just beside JR and several shopping mall, many good foods selection, highly recommended

Great experience staying here for 2 nights..just beside JR station,bus station and food as well..very convenience ..thank you to male staff name Mr Ando for helping me with with some issues..this is my 5th visit to japan..japanese people never fail to impress me..they are very kind and always make me feel amazing towards them..thank you again..arigato gozaimasu😊

Extremely well located just outside Akita station. The north wing is the new building - super nice room and big restroom. Super recommended.

Love this hotel ! Bed are so comfortable service is good rooms are sparkling clean . Many food around 7 eleven etc near to trai. Station ! Bed are soooo comfortable . Breakfast was good too ! Really love it

I’ve stayed at the Hotel Metropolitan Akita a couple of times and the staff has always been amazing. They are very polite and always want to help. The the hotel and the rooms are always spotless. The location is also great very close to the trains and buses. I would recommend the Hotel Metropolitan Akita to anyone.

The location was great, just a few step out of JR station. Moreover, there’s a connection to JR via the mall from 10 am to 8 pm. The room was a bit small for 3 people with extra bed.

Hotel with two building, just beside shopping mall with all closing on 8pm 😂 Strategic location just at central of their town and opposite of JR Station. Hotel provide Chinese x Japanese food, not bad. Everything are great.

Room was very nice and fairly spacious. The hotel breakfast was top notch with all the akita specialties, a western selection and a salad bar. Close to various attractions, and the front desk is happy to help with restaurant recommendations if you need it. Location is absolutely perfect being linked to Akita station.

Wonderful location with airport bus stop right at the door step! Room was enough for 2 person and property is clean.
