Ulasan Quality Inn Aiken

This motel is tired and not well maintained. Sheets were stained. Floor was filthy. Piles of hair under the side table. The pillows were over used and we asked for a couple more and were told there weren’t any extras in the entire place. While the front desk help was friendly she was not dressed in a manner I would expect for representing the motel.

It was absolutely horrible. The front desk man was extremely rude. Asked me to pay again. I said I paid at ******* and he constantly argued that I didn't pay. Didn't speak any English couldn't understand a word he said. It was a horrible night. I would not recommend that place to anyone.

We came to Aiken for the historical battle re-enactment. Chose this hotel as part of our Choice membership. The beds were great. The rest was not. Staff said it's under new management who is trying to "figure things out". NO snack bar. NO functioning jaccuzi (even though its in the room), FEW T.V. channels, mostly news and sports :( total of 14. There is a pool table but very limited hours to use it. Water in bathroom has sulphuric odor. People in room above us were dragging things across floor, bangiing things around for over an hour. We called the front desk for relief after one hour. They said "we will see what we can do". The woman didn't speak English - her 10 yr. old boy was working desk with her. 30 minutes later husband had to complain again in person. Were told "no one is above you. You can change rooms". Husband said if we have to leave it will be with a full refund in hand!. That prompted the owner (male) to get up and come deal with it. We loved the city of Aiken but will NEVER come back to this hotel. If you don't know how to manage quality hospitality AND speak the language of the nation, please don't buy a hotel. We see this too often!!

What a delightful stay! This motel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the friendly staff to the impeccably clean rooms, it was a perfect experience.Super service as i expected. Highly recommend!

It is such a wonderful motel, great experience. It is a charming motel with a welcoming atmosphere - the rooms were cozy, the staff was accommodating, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals.

I frequent this hotel regularly and was disappointed that the air conditioning was frozen over and leaking water on the floor. The only solution was to supply towels to soak up the water.

There were flies in the room, a smashed roach and I’m not talking about **** either. The bed was extra noisy and the floor was clean.

A reliable choice for a comfortable stay - the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the motel's location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area.I will highly recommended them for their service.

We stayed for 2 nights. After our morning showers the first day, we left our towels bunched up expecting our room to be serviced. When we got back to your room that night, the towels were still there all bunched up and I wanted to take a shower at that point. I went to the front desk to ask for some dry towels and was told that she was behind with laundry and would get some to us later that evening. That never happened. We never got clean dry towels. And then to boot, my sisters credit card was double charged. She's been fighting with them about that for about a weeks and a 1/2 now. Hopefully this gets straightened out soon.

Numerous transients around the property, was approached and felt unsafe, property was so noisy neither myself or my husband could get any sleep. The room had a stale smell, and a property around the hotel was trashed. We were also lied to about the hours for the swimming pool, so that it would not have to be opened.

The deadbolt was ripped off the door so I couldn’t lock that. The peep hole was paper towel shoved into a hole. I got in the shower and closed the curtain to find a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower curtain. Pulled back the comforter to hair on the sheets.

Posting pictures of the room. Will never stay at a Quality Inn again. Was told no room change was available. Trash on entryways and parking lot upon arrival. Trash was still there the next day. Unfit for seniors and children.

The staff was very kind but his hotel needs a lot of repair. The hand railings on the outside stairs were loose. This sink in the room was cracked. The walls in the bath room were stained. The shower and tub were not cleaned. There were not enough pillows. There was paint stains on the bedding. The furniture was broken. There was no breakfast as advertised.

I reserved a non-smoking room, and they gave me a smoking and wouldn't change it. The room was prepaid and they refused me a refund. The room was disgusting. Beyond smelling terrible, it was a dump. Avoid at all costs.
