When I reached the property one gentle *** came near me to receive & he took my luggage on reception & he offer me a mineral water bottle with very discipline manner. I stayed there & I find that all thing was available in nicely clean toilet bed was very comfortable, equipped with AC & fan, tea / coffee / water bottles etc. Dinner and complimentary breakfast was tasty hygienic & nice. Prompt room service with in discipline manner, good arrangements of lift service. It is appreciating. Thanks.

We stayed for 5 nights and booked 2 rooms, but there were issues right from check-in. As per , checkin time is 9am, but only one room was given to us at 9:30am, and the second room wasn't ready for another 2 hours. To make matters worse, the hotel didn’t allow any outside guests in the rooms, which was very inconvenient. Even hotels like Marriott don’t deny outside guests in the room. Room 704 smelled of smoke. Breakfast was just average. A la carte food was very tasty though. The reception staff was very rude and unwelcoming! Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I expected better service for the price I paid.

Right next to zydus hospital, if you are there for treatment then it's nearest place to stay. Hotel is just about average, not sure why they don't allow guest to accompany, I did not like that. too many rules feels like in a hostel.

The rooms were good, neat and clean, food was also good at decent pricing. The washroom was good but could have been better, the place is near to thaltej near by sh highway so location is also good. I would recommend
