Very laid back place, rooms are a good value, customer service staff are very friendly and helpful. A very chill place to stay.

It is conveniently located.

Clean and lovely hotel in Agues Calientes. Near bus and train station. Breakfast is so good!

Good stay

老闆很熱情，給了我們酒店最大的一間房，有三張床哈哈。整個酒店其實就是我們國內説的私房改裝的，不過整個熱水鎮基本都差不多。這一家在河邊上，晚上動靜有點大。洗澡水挺熱，屋內的被子有點潮。不過價格在這擺着，住一晚上問題不大。

Мы приехали в 21.00,а номер готов не был и мы ждали 30 мин. Постельное белье было влажное.

位置很好，靠着山泉，服務非常棒。早餐還可以，有鮮榨果汁，炒蛋等，服務員也很好，離乘車點很近，走過去5分鐘。

性價比很高，房間一般，蟲子比較多，短暫住一晚上OK。離汽車站火車站不算遠，附近吃飯方便。

The place is place rihht in the middle of everything, walking distant to all you need from Restaurants to thermal pools n cascade , river , the place to purchase the tickets entrance to Machuppichu if you didn’t get it with time , the staff was very helpful ,Nor, even fixed my luggage that broke n fix my Netflix in my. Room , feels very safe , you can hear some noises at night time from outside n other rooms but other than that it was awesome

From our arrival in the Peru Rail, Alejandro was already waiting for us with our name. Nol y Valerio at the front desk help us right away with our room and just of that wasn’t enough we went to Machu Picchu park the next day and they took care of our luggage until we came back. I can’t really find the right word to describe how good this people are. Please stay with them if you are visiting Machu Picchu town.

Let me start I was skeptical while booking but when I reached here my stay was fantastic. Location: it is a wonderful location directly on the river and 4 minutes walk from railway station and bus as well as all the restaurants. Service: Christian and Judith provided the best possible service. Breakfast was the best. Free Wifi Internet was good Allowed to keep our luggage after checkout free of charge Overall I would love to stay again here!

The rooms are small but well appointed. They are very helpful but only speak Spanish. We stayed in a room we were quoted as 40 USD but I paid in Soles. The conversion was fair. There is a standard charge 5 percent to use your credit card. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful but June nights are cold by the river and there was no heater remaining when we asked. The bathroom was nice with a big shower and beautiful sink. Just had to step up to get from the room to the bath. Pics are from AFTER we used the room. It was clean and made up when we arrived. Meant for one but big enough for 2 people. I didnt find it noisy and the upstairs patio was a great place to rest after checkout before the train. Wifi was solid and the staff had great advice! Great It location. It was midway to the hot spring and the train. In the morning away from the lines but direct path and very ose to the bus to Machu Picchu.

Had a relaxing stay after hiking Salkantay and the staff was super helpful in figuring out onward transportation. Also recommended great restaurants. Breakfast was included, pretty basic options but it fueled us for going up to Machu Picchu.

Carlos at the front desk made me feel so comfortable and welcomed! He went above and beyond, someone was at the train station exit to help me with my bags. I even asked if they had cookies and Carlos had someone go buy some for me for my late-night tea that they offer complimentary. Would stay here again!
