Hotel Bhoomivilas

Booked this hotel as it was near the Taj Mahal and had a restaurant, roof top bar and pool. Booked for family of four over Xmas period. On arrival staff were polite but appeared at a loss that they had guest booking in. We quickly found out that the restaurant was not in working order and the pool and roof bar were also not usable. The hotel was unclean and appeared to be still in construction with boarding still up blocking doorways. We had two rooms, both freezing cold and no heaters. Both rooms were not clean and there was torn bedding. One of the rooms had exposed wiring where a light switch would be and you could only turn the lights on and off from outside the room. The second room had no way of locking the door and leaving it secure. No safe in the rooms Mould found growing in one of the rooms On looking out of our window you looked out onto a building site and there was dried plaster stuck to the outside of the window. None of the photos advertised by the hotel on ******* or Trip Advisor reflected what we found in the hotel. We stayed around 45 minutes before we booked another hotel and walked out. On the plus side the staff were polite, but this did not make up for the fact that the hotel was still under construction and in my opinion both dirty and unsafe. Please anyone looking at this hotel avoid at all costs.

No water no ac construction is in progress 3rd floor so lot of dust washroom fittings are loose and water leakage no hot water not even door lock, used chairs in back side of door no kitchen kettle available but no milk powder, no tea bags etc just for show purposes worst experience

Location is brilliant however... No hot water, Wifi didnt reach room, powerpoints not working, TV didnt work. Roof top pool under repair. It looks like a very big work in progress. The place is very old but poor quality cheap cosmetic attempts to make it look better actually made it look worse. The fridge and AC did work and the toilet flushed.. Id rather pay a few bucks more elsewhere.

Facilities are very bad at bhoomivillas. No proper exhaust. Smelly room. No proper cleaning. No cupboard for clothes

Hotel is not on main road. Reception person was very rude. Maintenance of bathroom and other gadgets was not good. You have to struggle for hot water in bath, cable tv connection etc. Kitchen is poorly maintained and you will be asked to call your food from outside. Experience was not good.

As i booked this hotel after checkout all the images but all are fake, there is a swimming pool but not in working condition, i can see spider web inside the room wall, dirty fridge, no set top box connection this is worst experience i can see never recommend to anyone for this hotel please stay away this hotel
