Clean rooms located in a pretty safe area. Food wasn't too great but the overall service made up for it. The Taj Mahal view from the terrace is clear as promise. Overall I'd definitely recommend staying at Taj Sojourn.

Nothing was good about this stay. The following were the bad experiences I had:1. Unhygienic- room had dust everywhere and was not clean. Bed sheets and towels looked overused and worn out. 2. Fan was making a loud sound as if not piled which was disturbing the sleep. AC did not start. 3. Water bottles were not served instead water was given in extremely dirty flasks. They charged extra for water bottles instead of MRP. 4. Breakfast had no options plus noting except one thing you could order so it’s not a buffet as it says. The parathas I ordered were sent to the room covered with a newspaper instead of a plate. When I asked for hot water to drink as I had a bad throat they were giving it in steel glasses without a lid again. No water kettle in the room. 5. The shower did not work and the jet spray was leaking. The guy serving the food was the security and room cleaner as well. When I shared my experience they didn’t bother. Overall a horrible experience and I would want MMT to change their review on the app so others don’t get fooled. And fyi there is no deluxe room with a garden view. That is the owner’s house on the 2nd floor!!

Our family stayed at taj hotel sojourn in agra for 2 nights and 3 days, and the experience was absolutely excellent. The hotel is situated in a peaceful residential area, offering a serene environment, yet it’s conveniently close to the city center. The taj mahal is just a quick 15-minute ride by auto rickshaw, and the view of the taj mahal from the hotel’s terrace in the morning was truly mesmerizing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating our family. They come with all the essential amenities, and for extras like a kettle, the reception staff promptly caters to your requests. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and cared for. The hotel serves only vegetarian food, but that wasn’t an issue for us. The meals were delicious and had a comforting, homely touch, living up to the hotel’s tagline of being a “home away from home. ” overall, we had a satisfying and memorable stay at taj hotel sojourn and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting agra. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great service!

After reached at hotel then they paper a room and cleaning we are waiting for 1 hour inviting area. Tough is not cooperative very bad express to me so i appeal to everyone don't stay here.
