Honnêtement c est mon 6 ème hôtel et voilà enfin la classe, top des tops arrêtez avec vos faux commentaires je m appelle reda benzora je suis comédien et bravo à vous pour cette splendide oeuvre d arts,on appelle ça un hôtel tenu par des mains de maître 💪💪💪🇲🇦 je recommande pas je vous oblige si vous venez à Agadir

Don’t believe a word in their advertisement! We are here now- hotel has no elevator, stairs everywhere so you need to haul your luggage up. Group of us showed up after dinner, way past check in time but a few rooms had not been cleaned?! We wanted a non smoking room but it smells like smoke with an ashtray on table. Front desk said “it’s ONLY 15 steps going upstairs” when we asked for a lower level room. The lady that gave us the smoking room said “we can’t do anything if we do not see people smoking”!!!! REALLY? Everything here looks old & mildewed. Can not possibly be a 3 star let alone a 5 star.

The hotel was a charming boutique hotel. It was a pleasant stay made even more alluring by the staff, who aimed to please: nothing was too much. Abdul ( the manager) and Aziz (the front desk manager) ensured we were well looked after. An excellent stay! Close to amenities - back rooms are the best ( noise free).

I stayed at this awful hotel for New Year. They have a long standing problem with hot water and many of the guests had cold water showers for the three day stay. The food is second rate and the New Years Eve Gala Dinner was a joke. The hotel had been informed of various dietry needs in the group, and totally ignored us, so very little to eat. Many of the rooms have no working safety lock on the doors, so staff just wander in and out as they please. No Privacy. Avoid this place at all costs.

Hotel Ariana was a little tired but the staff were superb. We were there for a week so decided to have a massage at Spa Argana, never had a massage before and had Hammam cleansing ritual, full body massage and facial. Absolutely fabulous!!! Attention chambre standart = boite de nuit. Avons passés une nuit terrible car les chambres sont au dessus de 2 boites de nuit donc impossible de dormir tellement le bruit est horrible. Votre tete est dans les platines du dj ! Les jeunes passent la soiree dans les chambres avant d'aller en boite. A 2h30 avons appelé la reception nous ne tenions plus. Avons été replacé dans une suite au calme, surclassé. Un 5 étoiles avec un bidet qui fuit et inonde les wc, une baignoire rempli de calcaire, des tapis de sol sales, une serviette pour 2.
La suite du sejour s'est assez bien déroulé.
Musique un peu forte à la piscine.
Spa correct sans plus car sans hammam comme promis... : laisse l'eau chaude de la douche couler pendant 20min à la place...
Petit dejeuner avec du choix et d'assez bonne qualité. Plusieurs produits fait maison.
Personnel agreable.
Point positif : superbe jardin !!!
