Aforia Thermal Residences ★★★

📍 Kütahya Karayolu 13. Km. Demirçevre Köyü Girişi AFYONKARAHİSAR, Demirçevre Mahallesi

"We're traveling in Turkey by car. We chose this hotel to enjoy the thermal baths. Our room was an apartment with a kitchen. The furniture was in good condition, cozy, and you couldn't hear your neighbors at all. The water is thermal, slightly salty, and the pool in the room fills up quickly. There are only three multi-story buildings on the property. One building houses the reception, a restaurant, and a small cafe. This hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway; there's not much entertainment, the restaurant menu is limited, and the breakfast is adequate, but not exceptional. It's not far from the city; you can drive there and go to the shopping center."

MCG Hotels Thermal Spa Convention Center

📍 Hürriyet Mah, Atatürk Bulvarı No: 16/A, Erkmen Belediyesi

"MCG Hotels Thermal Spa is an absolute disaster in terms of hygiene and management. Before going to this hotel, I specifically called and asked if they allowed pets. The representative on the phone emphatically replied, "No, we do not allow pets in our hotel." Trusting this corporate statement and policy, I went to the hotel, but I encountered a complete mess. Room Cleaning: Zero: Hair from the previous guest was still in the room we checked into. Rooms are absolutely not properly disinfected and cleaned before being given to new guests. Cleaning standards are abysmal. Unbelievable Hygiene Violation in the Restaurant: We encountered a dog in the breakfast area (buffet area) the next morning, despite them saying on the phone that they "never allow" dogs! Moreover, the dog's owner first ate with a shared fork from the table, then put the same fork in the dog's mouth to feed it, and then continued to put the fork back in his own mouth! Not a single staff member or official in the lobby intervened in this disgusting situation that directly threatened public health. They openly provide false/misleading information to customers over the phone, deliver the rooms in filthy conditions, and completely disregard health and safety in the restaurant. If you don't want to waste your money and catch germs, don't even go near this hotel! This so-called 4-star renovated hotel is a complete disappointment."

📍 Afyon Çevre Yolu 4 KM, Fevzi Çakmak Mahallesi

"The room was very clean, also the bathroom very spacious. The breakfast was very rich, probably with local fresh products and we loved the soup! The only issue was that the room was extremely hot and even after having communicating it with the reception was never resolved. A nice, value-for-money, calm hotel!"

"It was very good..breakfast was excellent..room and breakfast is very affordable for the price..the only drawback is the dinner restaurant is a bit expensive..there is Leman Kültür under the hotel..the room belongs to the hotel owner..i think it would be more stylish if some discounts were given to those staying at the hotel.🤓9.5 out of 10 in general 🤙🤙"

"It is a very clean hotel. It is very good for breakfast and dinner. Working staff are respectful and relevant. It is ideal for short stays. I recommend. Although it is close to the main road, there is not much noise heard but it is preferable to have a ride room for those who are disturbed."

"Hotel ini tidak layak mendapatkan bintang apa pun. Pancuran tidak berfungsi dengan baik, toilet juga tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Lantai terlihat kotor dan tidak ada alas lantai. Satu-satunya hal positif adalah tempat tidur terlihat bersih. Berisik dan banyak lalu lintas serta suara lain dari hotel. Tidak ada kopi saat sarapan. Lebih baik cari tempat menginap lain."

"One of the best family hotel experiences we have ever had. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, comfortable, and exceptionally quiet, with excellent soundproofing and great attention to every detail. The hotel is perfect for families of all ages, from children to elderly parents. The food is delicious, and the staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any request. A special thank you to the wonderful receptionist, Alime, for her kindness and outstanding service. She made our stay even more special. We truly felt comfortable and cared for as a family and would definitely love to stay longer and return again. Highly recommended! One of the best family hotel experiences we have ever had.
