A lovely stay, the room was very comfortable. In particular, the large shower was fantastic. great value for money.

Excellent hotel very central, friendly staff and clean. If I could pick on anything it would be that car park in not part of hotel but in saying this it is directly behind and a quick close walk.

My room have problem with toilet issues, when i turn on shower and use toilet got bad smell , i was arrived late and tired after long fly . So i did not have chance to ask for change different room . No free bottle of water for customers like normal hotel always give customers. I was surprised and disgusting about that when i paid expensive for Room . I traveled alot and stayed alot hotel with no star and 5 star. I never have that situation. Only the old man door can have my 5star with his service. He was so nice and friendly. And i got surcharge after i left Adelaide. When i did checkout , the staff checked and didn’t tell me about surcharge. When i fly to another city i got notification about surcharged. Im still waiting for response from Hotel .

location is great, room sizes is good with comfy bed, sufficient supply of toiletries and coffee tea at kitchenette top.

The concierge recommended a popular cafe in Adelaide and we loved it.

Хороший отель в самом центре города. Мы жили на 11 этаже, в угловом номере возле лифта. В номере тихо, был боковой вид на сити. Это благодаря внимательному парню на ресепшен. Номера простые, но все есть. Бассейн и фитнес-зал крошечные. Завтраки обычные, не разнообразные. На парковку надо брать талончик ежедневно, она стоит примерно 40$ в сутки. Рядом магазины, кафе и ботанический сад в пешеходной доступности

房務員執拾牀舖時把枕頭放在地上 然後若無其事地直接放回牀上 我當日親眼目睹 立即要求全部東西更換 更要立即見他們的supervisor 但supervisor 只懂維護員工 一點兒歉意也沒有 而且給我看見最底層的牀單是如此污糟也不更換 （如圖示） 所以這間五星級的酒店根本不值

Wir haben 2 Nachte im Hotel verbracht und waren eigentlich nur zum schlafen im Hotel. Das Hotel liegt gut, in der Naehe ist die Fussgaengerzone von Adelaide und man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Parkhaus liegt ungefaehr 5 Minuten weg und man bekommt eine 24h Parkhaus Karte vom Hotel, das ist sehr praktisch. Zimmer ist ein bisschen klein, jedoch fuer ein Stadthotel ganz ok. Fruehstueck haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Concierge-Service ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich wuerde das Hotel meinen Freunden weiterempfehlen.
