Good service, good food, good stay and wonderful star journey.

The hotel provided a very quiet and secluded retreat, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of the stay was the all-you-can-drink alcoholic beverages offered during dinner, which added a touch of luxury to our evenings. Additionally, the star gazing experience at night was exceptionally well-organized, allowing us to marvel at the night sky in comfort. Kudos to the staff for creating such a memorable experience!

To get to hotel need arrange on own expenses for taxi cost approx Yen 7000 from lida station. To go nearby heaven sohara cost approx Yen 3000 on own expenses. The benefits is free transport at night to star grazing and hotel provided coats, mat and equipment. The dinner served at 5pm is very delicious. We missed breakfast because we have to travel at 630am so we are given rice balls. If hotel put breakfast timing 7am will be great for any travellers planning. At night, they provided warm heated water pillow to hug for cold winter.

It was great that we could choose our pillows and yukatas, and two sets of towels were prepared from the start. We were also very satisfied with the night tour, which took us to a quiet spot where we could see the stars and included an explanation of the starry sky! However, when we returned from the night tour, we were really looking forward to taking a bath in the open-air bath while watching the stars, but after 9:30pm, the open-air bath was covered with a sheet and we couldn't enter, which was very disappointing.

The hotel takes good care of its guests in every aspect, allowing me to completely relax and rest. Highly recommended!

- Arriving staff proactively helped us put our luggage in the room, which was tidy. As I signed up for the star tour, I informed the hotel in advance that dinner was arranged at five o'clock, the food was varied, very satisfied, breakfast was still very rich. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to see the stars. Spa comfortable, - the indoor one outdoor. There are two other family spas for no one to use at no additional charge. There are two table tennis tables for playing. Staff was considerate and proactive and will stay next time.

The staff are friendly, the service is good, the arrangements are considerate, and the food is rich and delicious. Thank you for helping us carry our luggage. We will stay here again next time and recommend it to friends.

The hardware is not necessarily the best, but the software is top-notch. There is a girl who speaks English at the front desk, and there are waiters who can speak Chinese in the restaurant. Communication is no problem. Before check-in, I sent an email in English to inquire about check-in and food requirements, and then there is one in the lounge. Unlimited craft beer/coffee/charcoal-grilled dumplings, and any drinks for dinner, including alcohol, very luxurious! In addition to public hot springs, there are also free private hot springs, free stargazing activities at night, and floor mats/coats to lend to you, which is very considerate! This is a hotel that I am very satisfied with and highly recommend!

I heard that it has been renovated, but it looks great from the entrance gate, and after listening to the explanation of the building at the front desk, you can freely choose Samue or Yukata. The room was a Japanese-style room with a bed and was comfortable. The view from the room is good, and you can even see the hot spring village. As the name suggests, ``Otogi-tei'', it is served for dinner.The sashimi is served in a ``Tamatebako'' style, and when you remove the lid, white smoke comes out, which caught my attention. The bath was not crowded and I was able to use it slowly and have a meaningful time.

I was looking forward to the trip, but the typhoon changed course the day before and hit us directly. We informed them that we could not go to the hotel because there were landslide warnings and warnings in the area. However, due to the customer's convenience, it was a single point that the cancellation fee will be taken 100%. I'm filled with disappointment that it would be nice if you could respond a little more flexibly, even if it's not a zero burden. I don't think I will book again

Hospitality and bathroom were great. Part of the wall in the room is peeling off, and the small bowl of breakfast seems to be a ready-made item, which is why I didn't get a perfect score.

Renovation is done, too, and room is clean. The employees are also very considerate. I was satisfied with the food, yakiniku and appetizers. Breakfast was good with local dishes. Thank you very much.
