Hotel berukuran monster untuk kelompok anggaran kecil. Kamar besar dan bersih. Layanan sangat minim. Ini adalah titik panas Covid, tidak ada aturan masker yang ditegakkan, tidak ada aturan jarak sosial yang ditegakkan. Persinggahan satu malam adalah yang paling Anda harus pertimbangkan untuk menggunakan tempat itu.

十分滿意，值得肯定的老酒店！阿爾普爾科上世紀六十年代的旅遊勝地對外國人已經生疏了，予定酒店後翻看網評更感不安，我憑五十多年前印象執意來閑遊真擔心選錯了地方和酒店！我們到這裏十三天競沒看見一箇中國人！酒店註明是八四年開業，是確實夠久了，酒店前台給安排了二十五樓的房間，站在陽台上，頓感此地來對了，酒店選對了！絕佳的位置，亮麗的外觀，周全的設計，體現了四十多年前的豪華！雖已是幾十年前的裝修水平，但空間寬敞，櫃櫥夠大，全天熱水，燈光明亮，用電充足，空調好用，而且網絡順暢，雖不夠豪華，但都很實用。更讚的是服務態度都很好，從前台到歺廳，從樓層到泳池，員工們都很和藹和熱情，雖然都不懂中國話，但都努力的主動的幫我們解決問題，每天回到收拾潔凈明亮的房間，感到由衷的滿意！所以我們要給HS酒店一個大大的贊！真是一個貨真價實的老的卻是很好的酒店！ 要提一點：2511的陽台門該修了。

Cobran por todo extra, pagas un precio bajo, pero relación precio valor de la experiencia, pésimo. No lo recomiendo.

Un hotel bastante recomendable su atencion es muy buena la ubicacion mucho mejor cerca de plazas tiendas restaurant y ubicacion playa magnifica

I really liked the second floor pool, it was very nice and clean and has an awesome view of the Acapulco bay. The customer service from Nicolas was excellent. I did not like the sewer smell inside the hotel and across the city.

This is a great Hotel located in the center of Acapulco. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

So my wife and i came to acapulco cause it was a dream place to vist since i was a kid

Never booking through ******* again. The property has beds like rocks and music playing so loud it’s imposible to sleep. Neither ******* or the hotel cared about me, only about their deal, and kept my money even when I canceled the rest of my stay very early after my first night. Esmeralda Prrez, worst manager.

check out was terrible did not get us access to a room till pass 3 PM and a 10 AM housekeeper keeps calling toremind us of 12 check out. not a nice experience

I had high hopes for this resort, but was immediately disappointed on arrival. There were about 5 bell men at their desk, and even though they saw me struggling with getting my heavy luggage down, no one provided their assistance, they just continued to stand there and look. The service staff at the restaurant were a hit or miss. Some looked bothered when you asked for certain things while other where pleasant. The drink, very disappointing! Nothing tasted right!

First of all , I didn’t like the fact that the employees there do not care about their guests. They have attitudes. The bar at the pool stopped serving drinks before the closing time. The food was horrible. The Italian restaurant made us wait 2 hrs and 32 minutes after been seated to serve us the main meal. And to top it of my room’s ac was not working properly the first day. On the last day my security box didn’t want to open and the front desk didn’t didn’t answer my call. I had to come down twice from room 2514 to get help. I almost missed my flight. Will never stay here again.
