It's too old and the room is not soundproof. The service attitude is good, but the facilities are really not good.

There is no airport pick-up service, and you have to take a taxi yourself. Ctrip shows that there is, which is a rip-off. The hotel's supporting supplies are not complete, and you have to ask for them yourself. The kettle lid is still broken. It's hard to say 😅😅😅😅😅

The room facilities are a bit old and the price is really high during the exhibition period. In addition to the price, the overall service is in place. There is an independent washing machine and an independent bathtub, which is very convenient to use.

The room is spacious, and it is a hotel that locals like to choose. It is cost-effective. The food in the restaurant is rich and the price is reasonable. It is similar to domestic prices, and some are even cheaper.

Best Part-upgraded to suite, fluffy pillows, soft bed, spacious room, amazing staff(bellboy and reception guy)- He helped me with parking, price. Housekeeping was fast when I asked for toothbrush Needs Improvement- our TV inside the room is broken but theres another one which I didnt try but its ok, Phone has missing buttons but working

Staff are amazing and super friendly,huge verity of food ,I definitely highly recommend.specially thanks to Mr Shehzad at concierge who help us with our luggage and mange our transportation.Great place to stay.

I spent four nights here. The rooms are as in the pictures. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. I did not use the kitchenette or washing machine in the room, but having these in the room was nice. Breakfast in the hotel dining room was very good and varied each day, the fresh mangos on our first day were absolutely delicious. The cappuccino coffee made by the barista was the best coffee we had in Abu Dabi. The rooftop swimming pool was open 9-18, when I was working so unfortunately I did not get to try out the pool. Overall a very nice hotel, especially if you are working all day, and do not need lots of infrastructure for your visit.
