1) House keeping throw things that is not dirt for example plastic tools.. 2) never change towels even if u put it a side on floor and was wet. 3) Drinking water is not enough in room. 4) always late services at the afternoons due to check in and check out timing… however, it is not our problem. 5) restaurants in hotel are good 6) big room big hotel very good gym.

Beautiful hotel with a vast array of amenities. Pool and gym were lovely. Lovely beach view from the room. Breakfast was very good.

Absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The hotel's ambiance is charming and welcoming. The room was not only impeccably clean but also tastefully decorated. The bed was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep.

Amazing hotel. Check in staff super friendly, and all staff encountered were brilliant. Rooms were out of this world - get a canal view on a high floor if possible. The sunset over the grand Mosque is a fabulous view to behold. Outstanding experience.

Beautiful property & beautiful location, we were here to celebrate NYE with friends & it was one of the most memorable one. Mr. Sanjeev was very nice to us & really took care of us 😊

This hotel is so beautiful and elegant and its situated right across the river of the Grand Mosque. The staff were polite and helpful, beds extremely comfortable and taxis readily available to go anywhere. On a plus side as well, its located on the beach front plus it has a huge pool and even kids play area. It was a really pleasant stay and will definitely consider here again the future.

Great for family staycation.

This is part of a chain with a more glamorous sister hotel in Dubai. It's a little tired compared to newer 5 star hotels in Abu Dhabi but has a pleasant lobby and beach. The pool area definitely needs upgrading in comparison with other hotels in the area. Not many facilities open at lunch time - the Sports Bar was shut so only outdoor options were at the Pool bar which had insufficient staff and seating. Our room on the 7th floor was excellent but no housekeeping! We returned to the room at 5pm to unmade bed and no fresh towels. Not what we expected for 5 star accommodation.

Amazing Hotel, great staff, Amar front house and Hasad in restaurant. Will be back beautiful location with all facilities.

Clean hotel

Terrible customer service below poor!! I ask for help three times in the lobby (to access the elevator) i told them my name and my room number but they ignore me and waited for 30 minutes for my husband to go down (he is taking shower). My baby accidentally dropped the keys i couldn’t find it. But unfortunately no one in Fairmont wants to assist. Disgusting services! Do not book here we customers do not deserve very poor treatment.

Obviously it is a great place to be in with family.
