Room cards should be changed. I need to return back to the front office 4 times in a few days. Telephone that is put at the 3rd floor has no cable i.e. not working. The bathroom's electricity was not working about 2 days but other parts of the room was ok. After one day I checked in, the told us changing our room because of new construction that is after I placed all my belongings to the boards and drawers. It is ok to think about your customers but why didnt you do this before check-in? i.e. 1 day before ? Hotel has a nice beach and pool area. The fauna flora is also good. Hotel is nice for walking. Noone at the gym serving guests which is very rare at big hotels. Sihanoukville has nothing worth seeing. Koh Rong has better beaches. Do not recommend staying at Sihanoukville. The breakfast is awful for a foreigner (no cheese). They charged the bottle of water that they put in front of the open buffet breakfast restaurant door which sounds very ugly. They bring the beach the grilled meat burned like coal. I didnt accept and returned it back to the kitchen.
