Ulasan ibis Styles Abidjan Plateau

Location is good, but they don't offer tea coffee in the room, also my laundry was delayed, room telephone was not working therefore I have to go to reception for any requirements. Breakfast was good. But the staff was cooperative. And room also cleaned.

The hotel was great but some amenities there are not working well I will rate it 6/10 I believe they can do better.

The positive:the rooms are functionnal, good bedding, crisp air con, WIFI working, hotel is tidy. Room for improvement: The restaurant and bar: food is average at best. severla items are running out and are not available( ie : draught beer on a saturday evening- sliced bread on a thursday @20:30 depsite the restaurant advertising promotions on sandwiches). My biggest issue was with Breakfast: coffee machines ( both) out of order on a few occasions- shortage of juice- stale pastry on a sunday morning(!??). Room cleanlyness: small details such as water marks on the balck painted door of the bathroom ( not a train smash- it just gives a negative impression). Overall an ok business hotel on a budget, nicely located in the cneter of Abidjan.

Check-in at the reception took over 20 minutes. We had booked a standard twin room. They gave us a room with a small queen bed. We told them that the hotel had confirmed two separate beds - but the unhelpful receptionist just dismissed us. The room was small and claustrophobic. It had a small window and was Cluttered with unnecessary racks. Only one small bottle of water was given for the two of us. The intercom did not work. The pillows were so thick that it was impossible to use them. No toiletries in the bathroom. We spent two uncomfortable nights at this hotel.

The pictures do not reflect reality on the ground. room had a foul odor. no bellman to carry luggage upstairs. spraying room with disinfectant spray did not help with odor so ended up switching hotels

There was nothing unpleasant about my stay; Internet worked reasonably well, breakfast was fabulous and dinner was alright too.I loved the facts that there is plenty of fruits and vegetables served all meals! The lift has a permanent fault where it stop automatically going down on the first floor ALL the time. This little annoyance ought to be repaired.

So, I visited ibis in July for 3 weeks with my husband for a short term getaway and was completely satisfied with the service they offered us. I recommend that everyone wanting to visit Abidjan comes to Ibis!! I was honestly so happy with my stay, the food, the layout of the rooms and the clean bedrooms. Upon arrival, I was very apprehensive as it was my stay in Africa, West Africa and didn’t know what to expect. This one employee in particular called Sabine Yebe made me feel less anxious upon arrival, talked to me throughout the day just to make sure I felt safe and informed me on the history of Ivory Coast, and also tourism favourite places. It’s so nice to have employees like Sabine Yebe to make people feel very safe and cared for. Thank you so much!

My visit to the ibis was wonderful because it was very hygienic. I felt very cosy whilst on my visit too and my needs were ensured. There was this one lady in particular that really stood out to me, Sabine Yebe. She is a chamber maid. She has encouraged me to want to come back here with my family more often as she really looked after our bedrooms and made us feel very secure, especially in a foreign country.

If you have work or meetings in Plateau then this hotel is convenient for the value. I was disappointed with the quality and the selection of the buffet breakfast compared to 2 years ago (prior to Covid19). The buffet was poor overall.

Séjour très satisfaisant dans l'ensemble on se croirait chez soit,avec un personnel très chaleureux.Hôtel très bien situé au cœur du plateau je faisais pratiquement toutes mes cours à pied. Cela fait vraiment longtemps que je fréquente cet hôtel je suis toujours satisfais.

Un très beau cadre,vraiment c'est la propriété .c'est un hôtel si possible de 7 etoiles, j'ai beaucoup admirer l'emplacement, l'accueil et même si envoutante que j'ai même pas voulu quitter les lieux.vraiment adorable.

J'ai aime l'hôtel à cause de l'accueil le personnel est très courtois et prennent très bien de leurs clients, et moi ce qui m'a beaucoup plus c'est la prise de petit déjeuner où le personnel est à notre soins j'ai vraiment aimé l'hôtel Ibis plateau.

Après un long voyage nous avons eu droit à un très bon repos avec une chambre très paisible la literie est de très bonne qualité le personnel des étages très dynamique et souriant vraiment rien à reproché L’hôtel est également très bien situé la sécurité parfaite
