"This was a great stay at this hotel, the location is excellent with a pedestrian exit onto the sea front. You have to ring the bell for service at reception but it was just a minute wait. We were not sure if we were having breakfast there so we didn't book it. In the end we paid for breakfast there each day, this was no trouble and both on Saturday and Sunday morning we received a warm welcome at the entrance for breakfast. Another great factor was the breakfast options for vegetarians and vegans with plant based sausages and bacon available. These are cooked on request. The breakfast was freshly cooked. The fruit salad was good. Bed as usual was super comfortable, We always use the extra pillows. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the room had everything we needed. I like the light up dressing table mirror which is good for getting ready. Check out is simple, you just drop the keys in the box."

"Lovely hotel, great staff and a wonderful location. However, there really ought to be a warning to guests regarding parking. Car park is 200 yards up a very, very steep hill and walking up with luggage is "challenging" to even the fittest. Beware!
