Great location in the centre of Aarhus. Easy and quick check-in. Could wish for more car parking space.

We didn't get the room we hoped for, but all was well. When I booked in tripp, the image was somewhat misleading - with 3 beds, but the room type is what determines wether there will be the bunk bed or not. The staff was kind and everything was clean. Despite the size, it was actually surprisingly comfy. We requested extra blankets and got them. The location is very central / downtown, so party scene is nearby and can be noisy if you'd prefer open window.

I have been a customer at this hotel for more than a decade. It is still my go to budget accomadation when in Aarhus. Certainly recommended.

The hotel is located perfectly near the city center with pedestrian walking distance from the main train station. There is plenty of seating at the reception, luggage storage is provided when we arrived early and room was not ready. Staff are super friendly and welcoming and I cant fault them in any way at all. The room is very clean, however it is much smaller in size than I expected, no place to walk. The breakfast is basic continental and they only serve scrambled eggs, no sausage or other cooked items. It is a great place if you just need good night in the city center

Never stayed there given the reminder of the hotel Is too late and I booked another hotel. Hotel refuse to refund at all due to hotel policy. Understand this is standard but it’s a bit unfriendly.

The location is very convenient, it’s 10 minutes walking from the rail station and it’s in the city centre, near the river cafés and not so far from the seaside. The hotel is quite spartan and the rooms are very very very small. I had to request an upgrade (to the hotel directly as Trip.com unfortunately did not succeed) as the room could not fit the luggage when open. Our room wasn’t super clean unfortunately as we found dead mosquitoes cadavers left on the walls by previous guests that the hotel did hotel did not clean up. The room didn’t have a lamp worthy of that name and is lacking proper curtains. For a country with an abundance of sun during the summer you would think that would be sorted out.. As for other hotel of this chain, if you’re looking for something cheap to spend a couple of days and you travel light, this is the place. But if you’re staying a little longer and you’re carrying more than a backpack, you might want to look elsewhere.

Doesn’t allow 2 persons to use a 2-person room😂 even when I checked in with showing that 2 people is gonna move in to the room. Later requires us to pay more money. Bed is not really clean. See staff using towels to put under doors to block them from moving, during check out.

The location is very convenient. It is next to the church and close to the street. The room is small and the lighting is insufficient. The whole room is dark when it gets dark. The toilet is simple but there is no dry and wet separation and no air conditioning But the price is cheap, I don't ask for too much, and the service staff are also very friendly

The room is relatively small, with simple facilities. There are no toiletries, so you need to bring your own. But it is very quiet and the public area is large. It is right in the center of Aarhus, with the main church and art center just outside the door, and the commercial center a short walk away, which is very convenient.

The building has a dense structure and thin walls. It is in a tic-tac-toe design. There is only a wall outside the window. There is noise. When the neighbor opens the door, it is the same as opening your own door. You can hear the noise from the building opposite the neighbor. I booked a room half a month in advance but could not move in. As soon as I turned on the hot water in the bathroom to take a shower, the sewer would smell. The locked door is just a decoration. I can still enter by swiping a card from outside. Their card is for public use. I used the door card of someone else's room to open the door of my room. I thought it was the housekeeper who went to the wrong place. As you can imagine, it is not surprising that the door suddenly opened when I was not there, at night, and without clothes.
